my room was spacious nice and clean, love the gym area and pool.
They also served a great breakfast
all staff in their department were very kind and helpful

The location. It was near all the food places and stores.
The pool was too cold to enjoy. I booked a suite but they said they were sold out. The breakfast staff was beyond rude. The refrigerator never got cold. Had to request a new microwave because the first one didn't work. Overall it was a no for me!!

Checkin was easy with Ms. Beverly. She was so sweet and helpful. She made us feel comfortable right as we came through the front door. The king bed rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious and hot.

Very bad weeds smell in few places inside the hotel area although it shows non-smoking sign, very dirty pillows and bed sheet like never washed or too old although the rest of the things in the hotels and room are very new

The hotel was clean and I felt safe and comfortable
The hotel charged me for an additional night without explaining why. I feel like it is a scummy business practice to do that to people and I don't feel safe giving my card information to them in the future. It took many weeks to get a call back from them about the charge and I feel that was done purposefully in the hopes I would ignore it. It felt so well planned I'm convinced they've done this to others as well.

Good location close to restaurants and shopping.
Easy access to highway so was able to maneuver around the city.
Don’t know how old this hotel is but the bathroom was in need of an upgrade. Patches on wall, dark grout and grungy looking. After showering room / bathroom had a musty or moldy smell.
Stains on sheets. Socks on floor that were not mine. Musty odor to room after taking hot shower. Mirror over sink was nice but had condensation inside of it. AC cut off a few times with me cutting it off.
The price for the room didn’t meet the quality of the hotel. The pillows on the bed were flat as pancakes. You needed at least three to feel comfortable.

Air conditioner was very loud. Bed skirt was torn and sagging. Could hear the traffic from military highway, very noisy.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good.
The beds were uncomfortable, the traffic noise was loud (close to the highway) and the pool, while open, was not heated so we couldn't use it.
