The ladies at the front desk were kinda snooty we were the only ones checking in. It was shift change from the looks of it. The lady leaving was pleasant the other lady was frustrated from the start. Took them 15 min to discuss a draw change and their bloopers. Then the one lady left for the day. Then the other lady told us to be patient and walked to the other then she was eating something came back out with her mouth full of food and said okay so you’re checking in. We said yes, then we gave her our reservation info. Said well that room isn’t ready I will have to move you rooms. Which was okay it was the same value. Then when we got to our room paint was peeling above the vanity big chunks and had one washcloth the drain in the bathroom had the stopper out sitting in the tub.

I think cleanliness could have a tad bit better there was cigarettes mark on some of the comforters

Comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen, kept very clean, wide shower.

Breakfast service was very friendly but the food selection and quality was VERY poor... After the first day, I only went down for coffee and fruit bars, all else was pretty bad. The furniture looked a bit old / stained in the inside of drawers.

Debbie and her team were very nice to me. I liked the breakfast buffet.

The hotel looks old.

Room was missing a shower curtain. Only had 3 towels for 6 guests. Clothes from previous guests were in the couch and drawers. Coffee pot was dirty. No one came to room with fresh towels or anything. All three soap dispensers were empty. Outlet in kitchen did not work. Room keys given to people without verifying if they were our guest. Items charged to our room without verification that we stayed in that room. Overall poor experience. Staff who were there never seemed to leave. This is more of an owner issue than a staff issue if they are being over worked.

The hotel needs new exercise equipment. The machines in the gym currently are old and non-functional

Driveway in was a bit confusing. Breakfast was ok.

I did not like having to ask for towels and rags. Three isn't enough for 2 people for three days.

The rooms they show on the website is not the rooms at hotel. I asked the manger were the room was on website and he told me he did not know. I had handicap room which was not no handle on the pocket door had wood placed over spot where they should have been. Had to go to different hotel. Don't waste your time. They still owe me over $400

The breakfast buffet was excellent. Large variety of foods, well-stocked and clean. They offered a complimentary dinner snack, too. Needed to be punctual to get some, but it was tasty. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. Close to downtown Round Rock - cute restaurants and bars.

A little too close to the freeway, so a bit of road noise.

everybody is very nice and friendly very courteous .

Breakfast and time for breakfast was good for that price. we had the room with an extra door between bedroom and Kitchen, which made it very comfortable.

First we got a room which seemed to be not cleaned up before. But after our complain they offered us an upgraded room.

Debbie front desk was nice and helped each time. And the fact that the hotel excepts dogs was the only positive.

Loud, dirty, old, our power went out in the living area and kitchen. Had to go downstairs for someone to come up. No professional staff works there. Breakfast was blah but it is included so can’t complain to much about it. Overall would never stay here again

The amenities and room configuration were great for our family. But maybe because of common COVID staffing shortages for everyone these days, there were some shortcomings (see the next question). Overall, it was a cute, fairly clean hotel with a pleasant, helpful staff and decent breakfast options (but not always well stocked), etc

We didn't have any hangers, enough towels, and only a couple of dishes (one glass, no bowls, three spoons, etc), no blow dryer, our shower soap dispensers were empty, etc. The stair carpets were extremely stained. We saw one roach in our room toward the end of our 8 days. Most common area hand sanitizer dispensers were empty, exterior door key readers didn't work, treadmill didn't work, fitness center towels were rarely stocked, trash or dirty towels that were left by the doors in the hall often remained a day or two.
