Very good hotel. Clean and well located. Very nice staff and great breakfast.

Young woman at front desk who sat against the wall playing with her phone while a newer person checked us in. Two drives down to our room in the heat only to find our keys didn’t work left us with some frustration and when my husband said “damn keys didn’t work again”…the young woman brusquely stated “you didn’t have to swear at me!l” My husband replied that he didn’t direct his statement to any one person. Finally when they realized they couldn’t program the keys for that room, we were put on 2nd floor but without any direction how to circumvent the meandering hallways. We found 2 other guests trying to find their rooms while on our own search hauling all our luggage as the trolleys were in use. Comfy beds & OK room but the individual was obviously too important and too busy to be bothered to do her job.

Sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Empfang. Wir konnten unser Zimmer zur Seeseite wechseln. Schönes Zimmer, großes Bad. Toller Pool.

Staff I amazing. Shout out to the night audit. She is amazing at what she does & it shows. A very clean & quit stay.

The elevators could use an update.

Very clean, thank you and kudos to the cleaning staff. Very pretty bed covers. Breakfast was great.

Hated the barn door style bathroom/closet door which gave no privacy. Hit my husband with the door as I came out of the bathroom and he was hanging something up. Beds were a bit hard and box springs crackled every time we turned over, as if wood was broken. No drawers for clothes, we had three pull out metal baskets for clothes.-*+- Bathroom only had pull out shelves for our stuff, my makeup would roll off, so I had to keep everything on the counter. Stayed at a Motel 6 once and it seems like Hampton Inn used same company to remodel.
