Check in à distance, dur de comprendre ce qu'on me demandait
Une dizaines d'adultes et autant d'enfants étaient regroupé autour d'un salon de jardin extérieur et étaient extrêmement bruyants. Les enfants hurlaient en jouant à la balle sur le parking puis courraient dans les chambres à l'étage. Nous avions malheureusement une chambre non loin de la et vers 22h j'ai été demandé poliment s'ils pouvaient parler moins fort... Cela n'a servi à rien.
Il y avait des miettes sur la table et sur une chaise, de plus les semelles blanches de mes chaussons étaient noir quand nous.sommes partis (après une seule nuit)

Non richiesto deposito perché pagato con carta. Vista della stanza. Stanza silenziosa. Nel complesso la stanza è in buonissime condizioni, mobili nuovi. Forno microonde, frigo e bollitore. Prezzo top! Piscina, colazione e parcheggio incluso. Trovare le prese già predisposte per la carica senza adattatore non ha prezzo.
Pulizia davvero da migliorare. Poi avevamo una saponetta unica in stanza, per mani e doccia.

Großes, allgemein sauberes Zimmer (Renovierung wohl nicht all zu lange her) 2 Queen Betten recht bequem. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze. Gutes stabiles WLAN. London Bridge zu Fuß in 7 Min. Ross Dress for Less gegenüber:-) Preis für Übernachtung von Sa/So ok. Personal war sehr freundlich
Pool viel kleiner als es auf den Bildern wirkte. Viel zu klein für so großes Motel. Frühstücksraum viel zu klein, draußen auch paar Tische aber überhaupt nicht einladend. Frühstück typisch amerikanisch. Es fehlte aber für meinen Geschmack Erdnussbutter. Kaffee recht dünn. Keine Marmelade, nur Jelly. Na ja, zum ersten Satt werden reicht‘s irgendwie.

The pool area, the lot, the facilities in general looked dirty, under construction, not being kept, there was trash bags in the parking lot. Just looked very ghetto.

Pleasant check in, as older couple gave downstairs room, easy parking, a/c worked well as extremely hot. Nice breakfast to start the day.

This was around 7 days into a road trip and was the first hotel that provided much needed laundry services. It also had an outside swimming pool. Breakfast was included and the rooms clean, comfortable and provided tea/coffee, refrigerator, towels and toiletries. However, the most important part of hospitality is first impressions. The front desk needs to provide that first impression. The receptionist was friendly, warm and welcoming. I had an issue with the door card and a couple of other issues, all dealt with quickly, politely and professionally. Most impressive.

The location is great. It has a nice pool area. The bed was very comfortable
The floors in the room seemed like they’ve never been mopped. EVER. I couldn’t walk around barefoot or my feet would have been filthy dirty. The cleaning staff needs to add mopping of the floors to their daily routine. We rented two rooms and the floors were both filthy. Other than that the room was very nice.

Breakfast started at 7:00 and I needed to be at my job at 7:00 it was very poor no eggs no sausage when I stayed at Quality Inn they had eggs and sausage

The location was good.
Our room was filthy. The corners of the bathroom had layers of dirt. There was used soap in the shower & toilet paper still in the toilet, although the paper seal saying it was clean was still intact. The floors were so dirty that the bottom of our feet turned black after walking across it. There was trash around the pool area and parking lot and the outdoor furniture was dirty & haggard. The pool & hot tub were discolored making it hard to tell if it was clean or not.

The water was not consistently warm or hot. We had to avoid some showers due to it never warming up. And the spa. We were only able to enjoy it one night as the rest of the times it was also cold. But all other was great.
