Kitchenette had everything we needed to cook and eat. Fridge was a little small but it fit a gallon of milk and a gallon of OJ along with eggs, cream cheese and about a dozen cans.
Thermostat stopped working or reset itself, causing the AC to malfunction so it got hot, but we alerted the staff on the way out in the morning and by the time we returned it was working again.

Very close to town and the London Bridge, which is the major attraction that brought us to Lake Havasu. Rotary Park is a very nice beach area, and its free.

Lake view, quiet, extremely clean minutes from all the attractions.
Clean rooms, three pools and hot tubs, helpful front desk about the attractions around town.

We didn’t know there was a breakfast
The main door was very hard to open from out side, we had to try few times every time when we try to open the front door!! and the patio door it was hard to Lock it too

Havasu Dunes is a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Location is a few minutes from the London Bridge which is great...quiet and low key. Swimming pools are beautiful! Lake view and sunsets are my favorite.
Everything is perfect! (Some room entrances are on HWY side, we were told it could be loud but the bedrooms were not on that side. We enjoyed watching cars, boats and RV's go by.)

Location was great. Accommodations were more like an apartment than a hotel/motel room. Full kitchen, large living room. Staff was on top of everything!
1. Smell coming from unknown location seemed to come and go throughout the day/night
2. WIFI was through 3rd party. Was not very good.
3. Steep steps leading up to unit.

Was there breakfast available?if so we didn't know about it.
The only thing I could suggest is if they could put up more towel racks in the room so people could hang more towels to dry. There was only one towel rack in the whole suite. Please add more...thanks!
