Quite close to the Dedham train station. Lovely staff at the reception.

The room stank so hard that it was hardly able to breathe. That bad smell was from AC and so all the furniture, also carpet stank awful. The bath was in need of refreshment. Also the whole interior was pretty old and dirty.

Breakfast was very nice. Staff very helpful.

Restaurant for dinner was a walk outside. I thought it was going to be right within the hotel.

Enter way was nice that's about all

Old run down building.. Its half is been use as homeless shelter.. That's fine but I'm a paying guest with 4 kids.. And they put me that side... Its honestly way over priced hotel $100/night is max what it's worth.. We didn't feel safe in this hotel.. We also paid for pool.. That was as closed.. I would honestly advice anyone to pay the extra 30/40$ and go somewhere else... My experience was shocking here.. Kids was scared of there life's..

The water didn’t stay hot in the shower

No free breakfast

It was a good location and clean

There were a bunch of dudes tailgating in the parking lot at 2am and we could hear them and I'm not sure why they were allowed to do that

The king size bed was comfy. The room was clean.

People smoking in front of the hotel. The room I reserved was not available when we arrived and a discount was promised. At check out I only received half of the promised discount.

Staff was friendly  play room was cleaned and comfortable

Too many kids running around making noise the hallway was filthy a lot of trash in front of my door
