Wonderful place to stay. The check in and check out process was super easy, and it had all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. The filtered water was a nice touch.

This was a great location for us. It is a very spacious basement apartment. The ping pong table was a huge hit with our family and was a great way to wind down full vacation days.

The property was as listed. The host was helpful with train information. There is a train stop walking distance from the house. Restaurants and shops short drive away.

We stayed 1 night for a ladies overnight while attending a concert at Gillette Stadium. My friends enjoyed the ping pong table! Comfortable living area. 2 twins in one room, full bed in another bedroom. Nice shower, full size refrigerator. We enjoyed our quick stay. The hosts was very accommodating!

Nice neighborhood excellent price. A little beat up but otherwise pleasant enough. Noteworthy that there is only portable ac in the bedrooms and not the rest if the space, also owners are on site as it is a basement apartment.

As the description says, this is a basement dwelling. It was very damp and smelled musty upon entering. It is a big space. It was clean. The decoration and general aesthetic of the place left MUCH to be desired. The bathroom looked like it was remodeled by someone with zero skills or tact: unfinished scrap wood screwed into the wall held the towel rack, a big hole in the drywall, etc. If you are looking for a basement space with a bed, toilet, shower and kitchen: this is it. Just don't expect anything more. I didn't see any mold, but I wouldn't be surprised. Area is a nice, quiet neighborhood and was easily accessible and safe.

We weren’t going to be there long bc we had a very busy weekend in Boston, really just needed a comfortable place for our family of 5 to stay that didn’t cost an arm and a leg, we had space to spread out, and was safe. This place delivered! The host was very very quick to arrive when we got there and it was really warm (they were experiencing a heat wave) and he quickly hooked up the bedroom air conditioning units which was a blessing. We had a rental car bc Boston was just one stop on a 2-week vacation through New England, so we just drove into the city and used ParkWiz app to plan parking, it was a pretty straight-shot.

Very spacious area - similar to an open apartment. Nice bathroom, kitchen area is great, and use of laundry facilities was a plus. Quiet, residential neighborhood which allows for a peaceful walk, and a park right nearby. Only negatives was the floor was dirty, meaning after I took my late night showers and walked to the bedroom, I'd have to wipe my feet with a cloth before getting into bed. Always felt damp, dehumidifier should be available and on. Overall, a good value, just trying to give constructive feedback.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was large and the area quiet with close proximity to the commuter train into the city. We had all we needed and the family enjoyed the ping pong table after a day of exploring. We would definitely stay again!

Property and location were very nice and easy/accessible. Inside was nicely done and decorated nicely. We enjoyed staying here and will look for availability next time we are in Massachusetts!!!

We were very comfortable in this very spacious apartment. We cooked our own meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the ping pong table. The beds were comfortable, parking was easy, and the place met all of our needs.

Huge lower level apartment with ping pong table and lots of art work. Comfortable couches. Firm mattress on the queen bed. Good deal for the price.

We had an enjoyable stay and the location was good for us as we were visiting friends in near by Canton. We were traveling with a 9 month old and 3 year old and the ample space was nice for them to play and spread out. At night and midday we could hear movement upstairs above us, but it didn’t wake the kids, but was noticeable at times. If you are looking for a hotel alternative this is a great option and the response time from the host was the best I have ever had during our travel experiences. The place was clean and again had a lot of space.

My friends and I traveled to Boston from Maine for a concert and this was the perfect place to stay afterwards!

This basement property is in a good location to navigate too and from, while visiting friends in the Boston Area.

It was everything we were looking for, and had ample room. The ping pong table was a hit. The best part was the location, two blocks from the train that took us right into the heart of the city. Some fabric on the walls would probably make it a little quieter, but we loved it.

We had a great experience here! It was very clean and functional, and we all felt very safe here. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to stay in the Boston area! The only thing I have to say on the negative side would be that there was no blender in the kitchen like the listing said there was. But it wasn't a huge deal, we made do without it! Thanks so much for a great time!

Excellent communication with renters and everything was exactly as posted in the listing. It was clean and comfortable. Exactly what we needed for our one night stay over in Boston.

Our daughter lives in the neighborhood and this is a great respite to get away as their house is now full! Beats staying at local hotels and the beds are so comfortable.

We were visiting out 4 week old granddaughter who lives in the neighborhood. Very clean and relaxing and beats any of the hotels. Wicked fast internet as I had some work to do. It’s on my A list

About 30 min outside of Boston and 50 min from Salem, MAHost was very detailed and thorough with all directions to get into the apartment, using the shower and such. It was a basement apartment but we never felt like we were undergrund.Kids enjoyed the ping-pong table, the multiple tv's, all the beds were super comfortable and clean and loved that there was a full kitchen to use as well. We look forward to staying here again,

The apartment was great!! Three of us came from out of town to visit family local to Dedham. There was plenty of space for us to work remotely during the day and visit with family at night.The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was big enough to cook meals and reheat leftovers. Living room was awesome with 4 couches. Convenient to have the washer and dryer available. I would definitely recommend !!!
