Noisey room above presently a good night's sleep.

I have stayed at numerous hotels, and this is by far the BEST HOTEL EVER. Not only is the price super reasonable, but the entire building is clean, quiet and the staff is amazing. It literally felt like I was in my apartment. This is so warm, cozy and has a FULL bath and kitchen! HIGLY RECOMMEND!

Honestly, there was nothing disappointing about the stay. From check in to check out I was super happy!

The common areas of the hotel was filthy. Room was rushed to clean if cleaned at all. Multiple times I went by the front desk and no one was there.

I didn't like all the traffic near my room 121 and the high traffic close to the front desk. I asked on 5/4 for my room to be switched that morning (10am) and was told they couldn't guarantee me a room that morning. I said fine and agreed to come back later and just get a room. When I returned not only was my room not changed, but there were no more rooms available. I asked for a refund and was given a receipt. Sonesta still has yet to confirm I was checked out and fully refunded with booking.com.

I liked that the building had a clean and fresh smell all over it. The beds were very comfortable. Very peaceful.

I did not like that you had to put 100.00 deposit for incidentals and it was not mentioned on my booking at first and ice machines should be incorporated on each floor even though their are refrigerator/freezers in every room. It takes time for the ice to make. Lastly, it should be free parking not 7.00 a day.

THe room was very clean. Loved the full refrigerator and stove. Enjoyed the seating area.

I was disappointed at the bed size. It was really small. Alson the key cards gave me trouble at the door entrance to my building several times. That was frustrating because I had food that got cold . And please for the love of God start considering other breakfast options that don:t include pork. Turkey sausage or turkey bacon or even plant based breakfast meat options would be a welcome addition.

The room was nicer than expected, and the front desk agent was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and very comfortable. I would stay again!

I wasn't a fan of the small lobby area it felt cluttered. Not sure if renovations are being done but the floors and walls on my way to the room was an eye sore. The barking dogs didn't help make this experience great.

We had a stink bug in the bedroom, the toilet kept running, and the remote didn't work in the bedroom. The other room had a puddle of water on the floor by the toilet, the chairs were scratched up. The hotel needs to be remodeled
