Staff friendly and accommodating, decent breakfast
the place is getting a bit dated with dark interior and rooms

Loved the breakfast it the morning. We had to leave a little early and the gentleman working came early to have it ready for us! Exceptional!!!

The pool was dirty and the chlorine was overwhelming. The room was nice minus the hole in the wall near the ceiling and the ac wasn’t very cold.

Breakfast ended too early for us to partake. When people are traveling, getting up at 7:00 for breakfast is quite inconvenient. You may want to extend it through at least 10:00am.
The shower curtain in the accessible bath room was so short that I had to sop up water with towels all over the bathroom floor, plus the exhaust fan does not work. You also might want to clean the ceiling lights over the front desk area-they are full of bugs.

Breakfast was decent with alot of different options. Liked that there was hot food too.
Bathroom and pool area definitely in need of repair and deep cleaning. Cracked tiles, moldy silicone around tub. Good amount of towels and bathroom storage though.

Indoor pool not heated, only one vending or ice area on 1st floor.. we were in 3rd floor and had to go a ways to get ice

The fact I had electricity when I first arrived but then it was gone after a couple of hours and never came back
The fact I wasn’t notified by the staff by phone, text, or email that they were evicting all the guests due to no power. This gave me no time to gather my things accordingly and book another hotel in a timely manner

The breakfast was actually pretty good , choices were fine , presentation was neat and tidy all around good experience.
Road construction around area but this wasn’t fault of hotel.

Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet.
We stayed two nights but I would expect that that consumables such as coffee would be refurbished. We had no service in our room.

The breakfast was actually awesome. First time since COVID that I have had a hot meal on the road. Everything was clean and fresh.
I know it is fall/winter in Michigan, but there were a crazy amount of bugs. Not ladybugs either, but hornets and some other cocoon-making flying insects.
