We loved the pools on the property and loved the location on the beach. We were also a big fan of the complimentary breakfast!

It seems like a pretty dated building that needs some maintenance here and there. Our balcony door was barely holding on and gave us some issues opening and closing. That and ants on the balcony. Also the elevators were questionably slow. And our room got switched upon arrival even though we paid 2 months in advance.

The breakfast was great and your employees were excellent at staying on top of filling up food trays and making sure nothing ran out. Really liked the location and proximity to the beach. Parking was very easy to get in and out of. Centrally located with restaurants, shopping and ice cream nearby.

The mattress was stained and the people in the next room were smoking marijuana.

100% no smoking facility was not mentioned, pool was smaller than what the pictures appeared, my total was more than booking showed.

The breakfast was decent for a hot hotel breakfast and the staff made sure to keep it stocked and fresh. The front desk staff were all very kind and helpful, even though there was a room mix up that couldn’t be remedied. The pool is nice, although the pool deck needs cleaning and general maintenance.

The double rooms are VERY small. While the rooms have obviously been updated, there was still a lot of west and tear on the room. The bathroom wall was moldy and the tub was scuffed and chipped, making it look dirty. A few linens were stained.

Location was right on the beach and very conveniently located on the strip with all the local restaurants and a Walmart Neighborhood Market. There was also a nice little restaurant right by the pool that had decent food that was appropriately price. A lot of the staff, especially in the kitchen and maintenance were always working double time and were very friendly. The actual bed in our room was comfortable as well.

All in all for the experience we had this place is pretty overpriced. THIS LOCATION DOES NOT HAVE A COFFEE MAKER IN THEIR ROOMS, despite being listed both on the website AND the brochure that was left in our room that specifically listed this as amenity. It’s a bit inconvenient to expect this and then instead have to get dressed and ready and use the INCREDIBLY SLOW ELEVATORS to get a cup of coffee. Front desk did not seem to empathize nor care when we brought this up. Nor did they seem to care about the inconvenience caused by them constantly running out of towels. They also did not even bother asking how our stay went when we checked out. Guess they knew what the answer would be. Finally: room could’ve definitely been better. The pull out bed was INCREDIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE. I could feel every spring in it. Also the amount of stains on it really grossed me out. Kept getting paranoid that it was a cluster of bed bugs. Also, there was a peach pit stuck to the bed that i saw as soon as I took off the couch cushions. Shows how well it was cleaned. In the bathroom, the ceiling fan kept cracking and by the time we checked out it looked like it was going to fall out. Honestly, wouldn’t be complaining so much if we hadn’t paid almost $500 a night for the room.

The location

Room 617- the door doesn’t shut all the way (we learned this the hard way when we got back and our door was open). The walls were sinking/caving in- you could see lumps in them and if you pressed on them, it was soft and your hand could’ve went through the wall. The elevators are extremely slow. There was one housekeeper that was extremely rude- I asked her for some towels and she told me my door had the DND sign and I missed out on her coming by. This hotel is NOT worth the money spent to stay!

I thought I bought an ocean front facing room

It was located right on the beach.

I originally book my room through booking.com, however, I did call the day before to ensure that we did indeed book the ocean front room as well as have a screen shot of the email requesting. When I arrived at the hotel, I was not given the room that I booked and was even told that they only had one ocean front room left and it would not be ready for two more hours. Well that did help me when I've traveled with two kids for 6 hours to get here and was asked to wait an additional two hours when check in was at 4:00 and I arrived at 4:30. Needless to say, I could not wait with two small children who were extremely tired from being on the road. The staff was rude and was not helpful and told me that I had to address it with the hotel manager in the morning at 8:30 a.m. The next morning, when I went down to talk with the manager I was told that she would not be in until later that afternoon. I was just given the run around and was done. I will never stay nor recommend this hotel ever.

Loved the staff. They were very pleasant. Facility location great. Overall stay was WONDERFUL and I will recommend to others and we plan on booking here again. 👍😊👌
