The location was perfect. Unfortunately we did not make it to breakfast. Lol. The room was very very clean.

Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Location to beach and city extras. Pool was warm.

Room key issues. Had to go back and forth to the front desk multiple times just to gain access to the room. Maintenance was called up twice to look at the door. No resolve. Easter egg hunt was advertised for the kids starting at 1030. Our family arrived 10 minutes early and it had already taken place. Several upset guests and families. They had a company come in to so type of inspection. They were taking pictures of minor children without any parent consent. Toilet leaked the whole 5 days. Hot tub was not operational. Would not turn on or bubble up.

Everything! I loved everything about this property. The staff was amazing, having different choices each day at breakfast was good and our view was beautiful. We were able to see dolphins from our room in the mornings.

There was absolutely nothing to not like.

Everything in the motel was clean and accessible to guests. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location puts one right in the middle of the action.

The beds were a little harder than those we have had during previous stays at this location.

Cleanliness, wonderful staff, great parking, great location, can't think of anything negative. We always stay here when we visit Orange Beach.

There wasn't anything we disliked

The room was clean and comfy. Bathroom was nice and had everything we needed for our short stay. My husband loved the fresh coffee available in the lobby! The free breakfast had lots of choices.

The music outside near the pool was constantly coming in and out, it was distracting. I would have been happier with no music at all.

I liked the location and the friendly staff

Great location on the beach, hotel was nice and clean as well as the room. Beds a bit hard but doable. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Our check in clerk was rude. She couldn’t find our reservation and didnt care to assist in finding it. We called booking who called and spoke with the same clerk as I could hear the conversation and she want any nicer to her. While on hold we called the Hampton 800# and they had no problem finding our reservation. If it hadn’t been for the fact that we were tired and wanted our room I would have left. Also manager on duty, Jocelyn came and checked us in. She was very sweet and helpful!

Everything was amazing. Staff was so nice and friendly. Want to thank Bri at front desk for being so nice. Also Sonja, she was so happy,friendly and we looked forward to seeing her. She is a gem.

Water pressure was very low on the Shower head

Everything was modern and clean. The staff was so friendly! Everyone was always working so hard to keep the property looking beautiful. The property was in the perfect location, close to everything and steps to the beach. Check in/out process was easy and convenient. Someone was always available to answer questions and to help.

I have no complaints!
