Nobody said anything about breakfast
First off oven was not working ,sliding glass door did not have lock, shower curtain fell on our head, called maintenance nobody came had to to front desk next finely came to fix oven than came next day on our time and still couldn’t fix it wanted to come back so often never got fixed at allfor

The condo itself could use a little attention, in this price range the sofa should not be a filthy mess- some things need a little repair

The rooms were beautiful, very spacious and comfortable.
The lazy river and other pools were closed, that had nothing to do with the room but the property it’s self.

if everything would have been working it would have been great but nothing was working
pools and lazy river down without notice… was told mini golf was down too by staff but saw other guests playing. paid full price for no amenities… and then had to take my family elsewhere to have something to do

Overall pretty good. Condo is large. Kids love the pool. This is the second time we've stayed there and it's a decent place to stay in the off season.
Their mini golf was closed (again). Half the games in the arcade were broken and two of them ate our tokens. Hot tub was a little grungy. Check-in instructions weren't helpful, had to talk to security to work it out. The decor didn't match the pictures online and the kitchen table was very uncomfortable to sit at.

it could’ve been clearer. lightbulbs wore blown, chair was broken, rug was dirty.

Unit and property was good. It wasn't crowded first last week of September.
Security guard did not give me the keys. Took more than 30 minutes visiting block C then B without any success. Until I talked to some guests and a guy who was cleaning the garage. He walked to the phone and called the front gate. I had to drive back to the same security guard to get my keys. Why he did not give them to me the first time is a mystery. Very nasty security guard.

The view
Staff was not helpful nor was the trolly service who was training someone teaching him bad habits saying just leave them and complaining the whole time! Security did nothing about the loud teenagers come through late at night! Also the pools were slippery I slid and hurt my knee the first day there. Our floors in the room were filthy. As we were packing to leave I found roaches in the drawers. The dryer didn’t work properly and made a loud sound. Splash pad was not working nor the mini golf.
