Super close to downtown Cincinnati which was great for the game, easily accessible off the highway and lots of free parking, king sized bed was huge and AC was superb after a long 10.5 hour drive. There was also a mini fridge in the room which was a nice surprise after the ad on booking said the rooms didn’t come with one. Overall it was a very quiet and cozy room. The price was much cheaper than the majority of hotels in the area.

Cleanliness of the carpets throughout the hotel was not the best and it smelled like stale smoke as you walked along all the hallways. Elevators were scary - my son and I thought we were stuck in them a few times. Had we not been on the 6th floor with a ton of stuff to carry up, we would have taken the stairs. Really wish the bathroom had been cleaner and there were no towels, wash clothes or hand towels in the room when we arrived however when we went back downstairs the staff apologized and gave us some.

Nice staff, great location. The bed was comfortable. Abigail at front desk was very nice and helpful with my questions.

I was on ground level and the curtains didn’t close completely to block out parking lot lights. Immediate neighboring room shower was unusually loud at night.

The facilities were not good at all... the hotel is old. And needs alot of work...everything is just wore out...

They do not have free breakfast. This place is old and outdated. The carpet is filthy all over the building. Walls are old peeling and filthy. The staff came in our room after knocking, thinking we were gone, even though we had do not disturb on the door. When they seen me in bed they ran out. No toilet tissue, we had to buy our own. No one seems to know where the toilet tissue is kept. Most of the staff does not speak English. Our window only had a piece of curtain so half of the window people could look in and see us. We told them they did nothing. Took pictures of all of this. If you finally find the thing you use to bring up your luggage, it does not work. No where to park because they have half of the parking lot blocked off with string. The smell of weed everywhere, hope I'm not drug tested after my vacation.

Location was good for the event I was attending.

No clean up done was 4days and 3 nights. Also no breakfast came with my stay.

Convenient to the airport

The bedroom only had one curtain so unable to draw the curtains in the room: let’s in light and no privacy in a ground floor room!

I liked how big it was! I was not expecting it to be that size. I also liked the nice lobby. The pool looked nice too even though I didn’t utilize it. My room had a bathtub in the shower which was nice. I also liked how roomy my room was. I was not expecting it to have a desk but that was nice when it was time to get ready. This was my first time booking my own hotel room, so it was a great experience!

On Friday night, I came back from a concert. I had a really hard time finding parking. It took me 10-15 mins of driving around before I could find a place to park. Other than that, my stay was awesome!

Quality and content of breakfast was good and served well by Kim who coped admirably on her own.

Am surprised that management were unable to provide additional support for Kim who had to deal with all the guests on her own. She remained calm despite a very difficult Japanese guest giving her continual grief.

The check in front desk staff was very cordial. I liked that there was an in house restaurant.

Everything was very old. The whole building has a musty smell. The room was advertised as 2 queens but they were fulls and the mattresses were lumpy and noisy. The restaurant had a very limited menu, the prices were high, and the food was not of good quality.

I booked for 3 people, but only given breakfast voucher for 2. I paid for one person, but the breakfast was not worth $18.50 per person.

the unorganized front desk. horrible communication. arrived at 3:40 pm, room not ready. Attendant took down my phone number and said he would call me as soon as the room was ready. waited until 5:00 and went back to the front desk and asked for a status of the room and he said the room has been ready. I asked why he didn’t call me to inform me and he shrugged his shoulders.

Staff friendly and accommodating. Room clean , bed comfortable.

No hot water in the shower, stains on the chair and stains in the bath tub. was told that breakfast was included with room rate then at breakfast they told me the kids weren't included so the kids would be 11 a piece. the woman at the restaurant was very nice though.
