Lots of room. Clean. Many channels on the TV. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great location. Breskfast was outstanding.

The non smoking room smelled like smoke. And the springs in the bed were unbelievably uncomfortable.

They were out of alot of breakfast items before breakfast ended.

The cleanliness of the hotel and room was extremely subpar. One of the comforters on a bed in our room appeared to have blood stains on it and there were multple things on the walls that should have been wiped up - in the bathroom and in the main room. Overall, the room felt very uncleaned. Definately lacks attention to details of cleanliness.

Breakfast is not sufficient.

Assisted my daughter with a DV situation it was pride weekend everything was booked. Michael held a room for her and her kids until we got there and was more than accommodating. Truly an angel

Washer and dryer not working.

The shuttle was good. We did not get to have breakfast.

The first shutle was full. We had to take a later one but it was ok

The coffee was bad. The eggs were eatable. Biscuits were okay. The yogurt was very good.

Location

The strong cleaning products smell. It was overwhelming at times. Also, the beds were very uncomfortable and the walls were so thin we could listen to our neighbors’ entire conversations.

The pool was nasty, the bed was hard and painful, there were wads of hair in the room. Also the room booked was nothing like the pictures of the room received

Close to the airport

Dated rooms. No one at the front desk or available by phone for 2 am check-in. Clerk was out on an airport shuttle run and we had to wait for his return.
