Was in town for a concert and was pleasantly surprised on how close it was to the amphitheatre! Was able to walk down a little path behind the hotel without having to walk down the road by traffic. Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom is stocked up with Dove products (shampoo/conditioner/body soap/hand soap/lotion). The outdoor area has two big grills, tables, fire pit, and two giant connect 4 games for kids. The lady that checked us in was super friendly and welcoming.

Pool was a little cloudy. Not sure if they just put chemicals in it or if it was due for a cleaning. Bed was a little lumpy.

Kim the receptionist, she was awesome from the time we checked in, to the time we left, when telling her that I did not want a room on the 1st floor to the coldness of the pool, she went straight to fix everything, she had a room available on the 3rd floor and went out to fix the temperature on the pool, the elevator also was not working as we left and we had to go down the stairs just to leave, no housekeeping, no vacuuming the rug in room was dirty, this was the worse stay ever, not a 5 star hotel and definitely not worth the price..

mold in bathroom on wall from water getting into drywall. Very loud floors, we were on the top floor and could hear everyone walking around.

Breakfast choices were wonderful. Hot and fresh foods available. Connecting room for my family was perfect. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom needed a bit of extra attention. The toilet had a flushing issue, exhaust fan was loud and the floors needed a bit more cleaning at the wall connection, dusty mostly. Connecting doors were a bit tough to open.
