Bathtub wasn't completely cleaned.

Location, cleanliness, and breakfast were excellent! They were renovating everything, so it was on the way to getting even better.

The A/C didn’t work well and there were loud guests in the hallway late at night and early in the morning.

Room 215 had no A/C and the mini fridge did not work. I am requesting a full refund for that room

I didnt stay here. I booked the room heading in from out of town, learned that there were no vacancies upon arrival but I was "checked in" and "check out." Messages were sent notifying the company that I was unable to take advantage of my booking prior to being "checked out."

Pool was great and the breakfast was good. The staff was very nice.

The hotel was going through construction from a water damage. So the construction mess was a bit of an issue.

The lobby and the pool were nice, but we were unable to enjoy it.

We were not notified until we reached our room that there had been a busted pipe that affected all of the hallways. The first room’s hallway had the drywall cut out from the wall up to about 2’. The hotel clerk never told about the construction. I asked to change rooms was told that the best room available would be on the 3rd floor. On that hallway, the construction was starting on the opposite end of the hallway, but by the 2nd night and next morning, it was a full on construction zone. We were woken up every morning by 7:30 by the construction workers.

Breakfast was very good in selection and taste. Quiet at night - there were fans running in hall due to leak but they told us would turn off if needed but did not distrub.

Breakfast was delicious. Very quiet ot noisy at all.

Weird smell in building but fans were blowing because I believe they had finished painting. My bathroom didn't have enough towels and the bathtub was chipping away.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast exceeded expectations. The waffles were great

It was outdated. Smelled old, damp, and musty. Wasn’t well kept. Definitely NOT worth the price I paid.

I rate this hotel very low. Off of one bad front desk clerk. She was at work on Mar 21st 2023 morning shift. REPLACE HER FAST. I needed to stay more days but because of her. I checked out and took my family to another hotel. SHE'S TERRIBLE!!!!
