Room was great

Had to leave a day early, contacted Booking.com, next went to front desk to inform them, worker put notes in the computer, when checking out she verified the notes in the computer. Received the statement via email and they waited to check us out until we were originally leaving. Called the hotel several times to speak to the manager, left voicemail and she is always in a meeting and will not return your call. Spoke to someone named Brandon, told him the front desk documented the situation and guess what he claims nothing was documented. If you have a situation where you have to leave, make sure to get a receipt with the correct departure date, don’t trust them to do the right thing!!!

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful and the room very comfortable and nice. The breakfast looked great, but we were too late to eat. Will definitely be back as it is our halfway point to Florida.

I couldn't check in at 12:30 when I arrived.

black mold growing in bathroom on walls and shower, horrible smell that made us want to leave due to them saying there was a water main leak to which the staff did not apologize for and if there had been any other hotels open I would’ve asked to leave - you could barely breathe the smell was so bad of sewage and smelled like a body! it was awful, no discount or apology was given, I made my reservation on booking.com which when I arrived they told me $50 higher and gave no apology and would not match my receipt from booking which rubbed me the wrong way and told me I would have to call them, breakfast was sub-par and hard cold food, one elevator that was super slow, I had to wait over 15 minutes to check in with no one in line because they were taking phone calls instead!!! will not stay here again

The room was clean and good location.

This may sound crazy but i was hesitant about staying here because of the decore of the rooms on the site. (May wanna update the photos), but i took a chance. Boy, im glad i did!! When i checked in, the lady at the counter was so nice and friendly. When i went into my room, my mouth dropped!! It was so nice and clean, the decore was updated and the bed was so comfy! I definitely will be staying here again when in town. The breakfast was A1, not some continental one,but a nice spread!! Check out was just as pleasant and had the same person who checked me in. This time, i had the pleasure of meeting the hotel managers. Thanks, ladies, for making my stay an amazing one!!

I like this hotel very much, and stay here each time I drive back and forth from Chicago to Florida. It's a modern property, clean, big, comfortable rooms, and good breakfast. Easy on and off to I-65,

Even though I had booked through booking.com and had the confirmation emails that showed the price I was supposed to pay, the hotel did not honor the price I was given and charged me more for the room, and refused to give me an adjustment. The night clerk told me that the manager would be in at 7:00 AM, but that she herself could not adjust the price. In the morning I got to the desk bright and early so I could leave for the rest of my drive to Florida. The desk clerk in the morning said the manager never comes in until 9:00, and that he himself could not authorize the adjustment. He promised me the manager would call and make it right, but I never received a call. I am very disappointed in a hotel that I otherwise like very much.

The staff was friendly.

The first night we got there it was no hot water and we were not able to bathe after traveling miles and miles away. We were very tired. I called the front desk and the lady told me they are aware it isn't any hot water and they don't have maintenance on site. Therefore we had to go to bed tired and not clean. My fiance and I were very disappointed. COVID is still out and it is very unsanitary not to have hot water. I felt like we should have gotten credit for at least that first night if not the total stay. The hotel only had two carts to load our items on. We had to wait for over 30 minutes for a cart.
