absolutely nothing bathroom didn’t work no tissue it smelled bad in all the rooms we had I want a refund

I had to find something last minute and this Hotel did not disappoint. The location was perfect for my family to pick me up and drop me off. I liked the entire room. The size, and the full kitchen area.

I did not like that there was no "Do Not Disturb" signs to hang on the doors when away or sleeping. The bathroom did not have soap holders to wash hands in the sink.

I was sent to a occupied room, which was a waste of my time when I should have been sent to an unoccupied room for the jump

For a one-bedroom kitchenette the price was not bad.

The hotel was dirty from the lobby to the room Took almost an hour to get checked in and then we had to change rooms twice because they were not clean. It had no pool and no toilet paper

I don't like the fact that the hotel now charges a $150 deposit, that's ridiculous!! I really like this hotel, but will never stay again.

The manager was amazing! She made sure my room was clean and presentable! I'm actually planning on staying another night this week!

The male clerk was a little rude at check-in. I think it was shift change and was just coming in. I had to ask for toilet paper. Most hotels have one one the roll and another under the cabinet.

stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, the bed was comfortable, the location of hotel is quiet

The property wasn’t as it was advertised on booking.com or the internet. Appliances were a lot older, there was dim lighting and only one dresser on the side of the bed. Also, the comforter on the bed had rips in them and was burnt and stained in the area. Bed is way to close to the A/C unit.

Pictures on booking.com didn't match the actual room. The decor was dated, the bed needed a new mattress and the toilet overflowed. Someone brought us towels to ( clean up the water) and I was told no one was coming to repair it until the next day .I had to ask for another room, which should have been offered in the beginning and after I complained about the idea of having to clean up the overflow and stay in the room , I received only $40 off my stay of 4 days

The first room i was booked in the sheets/pillows had female hair 😡 an the toilet ran. The second room i was moved to the ice maker in the fridge did not work an the carpet needed cleaning
