My family came here for Thanksgiving. Beautiful hotel. I will be back. One issue.. When you walk in the hotel you are attacked by a floral fragrance or air mist. It took my breath away. And almost caused an asthma attack. I did tell the front desk.

The hotel was ok, lobby area is nice. The room suite was ok and practical use for family (kitchen). There was no room refresh available over the weekend. Also, the hotel has ant problems. Got back to a pile of ants crawling on carpet. Had there been refresh, it would have mitigated this issue, the manager’s solution was to give reward member points.

The best experience I have ever had at a hotel, period. Best service, beautiful hotels beautiful staff, wonderful amenities. The whole 9, I love it. They were accommodating, and very polite. I freakin loved it, and I don’t write reviews so real talk, this place is it. Hands down, and the rooms are beautiful. Oh my goodness I loved it. And I’m a real person; this ain’t no staff person, this is a deal experience from a mother and her kids. Go.

I like the property amenities although there were some missed cleanliness spots in the kitchen. The room was not cleaned daily by the housekeeping daily as well. I traveled alone so there was not much to clean but would have liked the bed made and clean towels. I like the breakfast option as well as the outdoor lounge. Good experience over all

I appreciated the helpfulness of the front desk staff throughout my trip. The on site guest laundry services are a great help for traveling families. The suites are better value than any Airbnb in my opinion.

Original booking got changed to accessible type room. No one knows how. Staff did move us to another room but that room continued to have a bad smell. Staff sprayed room, but smell only temporarily went away. Ended up spaying ourselves everyday.

Newly renovated hotel with a beautiful view. Entering the hotel you will enjoy the comfortable of the lobby. Beautiful furniture and a great view of the indoor pool. Our suite was equipped with a fully loaded kitchen and bathroom.

The fire alarms went off twice during my stay, one during the day one time in the middle of the night. When I went down for breakfast they didn't have any OJ left and the fruit as well I asked if they had anymore and she said no we just put a little out and that's it. You shouldve been here earlier... there was still an hour and a half left of breakfast.
