Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Ein kostenloser Shuttle hat mich zur Shopping mall gebracht und auch wieder abgeholt. Abends noch ein Getränk an der Bar. Gefrühstückt haben wir dort nicht. Auf der nächsten Durchreise würden wir direkt wieder dort buchen.

The 1st floor rooms smelled of animal urine. Come to find out that's where the animals were allowed. Was quick to move my parents to the 2nd floor..very nice of them.

Nice location

Everything was very nice. The room was clean, sheets were very nice, and the restroom was laid out well and clean. The staff were very professional, and breakfast was good. The host was conversational and very kind. I would recommend staying there to my friends and family.

The AC was rattling while it was running. The blinds didn't work correctly. You would pull them down to release quickly, so they snapped up, but they wouldn't snap up. However, the overall stay was outstanding! Anything I found to be an annoying, was very minor.

Easy to get to, convenient

Found a hair on the soap shelf in the shower and there was standing water in there. Plus there was dirt in the corners in the bathroom

Receptionist Nhi was very cordial and pleasant to speak with.

needs updating, carpet is worn in public areas, bar soap is too small

staff were very nice, bar was great and the room was cozy, would definitely stay here again

tv is a little outdated but still works fine

Free meals were great. Staff was great. Facilities need upgrades, tvs, bath etc. Not as clean as other holiday inns. So noisy. Even late. Had hockey teams above us just allowed to be super noisy until midnight. No signs for pool closing...etc
