I was I can clean, but they were stripping wallpaper and all the hallways and we had to move rooms in the middle of the night because no water pressure, water pressure. I emailed it to get conversation but they did not get back to me.

The room was large

It looked shabby. The sink in the kitchen was poorly caulked, wallpaper was falling off the walls. General lack of maintenance was evident.

Spider in the bathroom and a nasty bug in the kitchen. Room was clean but did see those few things that I did not like. Walls must be paper thin. So much noise coming from the hallways. Breakfast was horrible too

Great outdoor space

The smell was so horrific. Made the entire stay feel dirty.

The suite was perfect for the family to fit in with seperate bedrooms, living room and kitchen!

The halls had an odd smell , it smelled like dog pee. It was also very unfortunate that the pool was not opened and I wasn’t informed at check in and got the kids ready to go down just to not be able to swim. One of our bathrooms also smelled strongly like cigarette smoke so unsure if the previous person was smoking in the bathroom but the smell faded a little by the next morning.

The hallways need to be aired out. The stale smell of cooked food is overtly noticeable. The pool was an odd, cloudy green. We didn't even try to go swimming.

Breakfast was decent. The location was good, quiet for the most part.

Wish the pool was up and running. All the money spent we should have been discounted at least because it advertised as the pool being open and the voicemail said it would be open. We were given the choice to stay or cancel all together because we complained about the pool.

They need to make a better breakfast menu and layout for the prices they are charging it was very subpar. Paying those prices cooked everything is expected.

The Serta Perfect Sleeper bed is super comfortable and the pillows too.

1)The sensored lightings were very inconvenient, especially they are all set up in 1 min sensor time. We were working on computer and had to wave every 1 min to reactivate the lighting. It is super annoying. For this reason, we will consider other hotels first in the future! 2)The continental breakfast is bad. French toasts are pressed thin and crispy (supposed to be tender), sandwiches were rubbery, coffee is not good.

we should have had a sofa for our room but it was back-ordered and we had two office style chairs on casters. we also had no spoons in the room.
