I didn't like anything. Very disapointed. I have stayed at two different La Quintas and they were great. This one was run down.
My tv remote didn't work. Took over an hour and a half to find out maintenance couldn't get to it til the morning. They offered to change my room. I took that option, this was at 9:15pm. Two ice machines were broken on two floors. The pool was temporarily closed and I wasn't aware til I arrived. The breakfast wasn't good and the room was tired. You had to drive anywhere you needed anything. Not walking distance to anything.

The pillows were flat and hard. My sister and family were given a room with no latch mechanism on the door jam. They kept getting locked in their room. They reported it right away and it took 3 to 4 hours to get another room. The ice machine on their floor was not working and if there for business, their computer and fax was out of order as well. The pool was unavailable until further notice but did not state it online. I've stayed at other La Quinta's and this one needed improvement in the areas stated. I would probably choose another hotel next time unfortunately

It was a great experience. Very spacious and clean.
Not so much of not liking it but the water sink and tub are pretty control on the pressure. The Tv wasn’t really working such as YouTube. It was saying no internet connection.

Location. Hotel is situated near highway and shopping centre. Easy access. Shopping outlet is half hour away.
Room. Room is clean inside but outside some places smells bad. Bed is comfortable as well as pillows.
Breakfast. Great all-you-can-eat breakfast is well enough.
Hall during breakfast time is crowdy. Nothing else bad I can say.

The staff starting from receptionist , handy person that fix our tv control and brought us extra face cloths and finally Ana from food services that worked hard to make sure we had fresh coffee, breakfast items and always with a smile . I will let my family and friends know to visit this location in the future , I know will be back with my spouse.

The breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the location was great for where we were going.
The bed was hard as a rock. You got 3 pillows for a bed that sleeps two and there was nothing to them. Those 3 pillows made up one pillow combined for thickness. Upon entering the lobby the heat was jacked up over 85 degrees and it's summer time. It made me and my family feel sick. When we came to breakfast in the morning the temperature was better. So I felt like the employees were who made it that hot, because the morning front desk said she always turns the heat down.

The pool wasn’t working, and didn’t say anything in the booking.. after checking in, I noticed the cops sitting outside the hotel for a long period of time, as well as very frequently driving in the parking lot, made me feel a little uneasy

The hotel was beautiful inside and very clean looking, unfortunately the staff was unpleasant, not helpful at all. Also was not helpful at resolving problems that arise. Very very unpleasant, uncomfortable and sad encounter, will not be returning ever to that location.

Good location and clean
Pool was broken and out of service for a week. Not relayed via booking.com. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work which ruined our leftovers. Requested extra towels as there were 2 sets for a double Queen room with 4 people. Never got the towels or extra pillows requested 12 hours prior.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Internet was good, the place was clean and comfortable. Bed was very soft and comfortable to sleep on. Always love staying there when in the area.

Certainly did not like that they actually charged $100 on your charge card over and above the room charge. . When you take in the exchange when refunding it, I was out of pocket for quite a few dollars. No need for this if they have your card anyway. Also didn't like it that looked like some long stay guests came to the breakfast room I'm their pyjamas and dressing gown!

There was no hot breakfast on the first day we stayed. Only eggs and waffles. Toaster broke down with something stuck and caused it to not work, no milk for coffee or cereal.
Rooms were ok but at night there was a heavy smell of someone smoking pot and the smell traveled into our room and was unpleasant to try and sleep with that.

The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast in the morning was good.
Liked the size of the shower and it not having a tub.
Our room was filthy! The bedding had dirt dog prints on it and random dried spots possibly blood. The bed also had food stains on the sheet. (Front desk did give us new bedding) We had to change the bedding ourselves.
The carpet has so much dog hair on it and candy. We found M&Ms on the ground and a sock behind the yellow armchair.
Random crumbs by the nightstand.
We also didn't have control over the thermostat. We could only turn the fan on and off. It was so hot in our room that we didn't even need the blankets. The buttons on the thermostat looked like someone cut them out or popped them out.
We almost checked out the same night because it was so bad. But we didn't have another option and it was late. We bought some wipes and sanitized everything ourselves.

Great staff, super friendly. I had one issue with the TV not working and they immediately had it fixed. Breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean and everything I needed for a quick trip.
