The property was recently renovated and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was outstanding each day. The trundle bed was a great surprise and the perfect size for the room. The room was spacious and the bathroom was a good size as well. There is a microwave and mini fridge which turned out to be a huge plus for our stay.

호텔 주위환경이 숲속에 쌓여 있고, 근처에 메리맥강이 있어 아침에 간단한 트래킹을 할수 있어 좋았음

호텔 실내가 가족(3명)이 거주하기에는 좁아 불편하였음. 위층의 소음이 생각보다 크게 들러 잠을 설쳤음. 여러가지 조건대비 가격이 비싼편이며, 다음에는 다른 위치 호텔을 선택할 계획임.

The refrigerator in the room was cool/warm I have a type one diabetic 4 yr old son who is insulin dependent and I had to keep his insulin out of the room in there fridge along with our food because they didn’t have fridges that work properly I thought if you advertise a fridge in the room it would work properly so I had anxiety and frustration having to countinously ask for insulin or food and just praying someone was always at the desk I drove 7 hours than there were ants all over the bathroom floor and walls which I took a video of the pool also had way to much chlorine in it to enjoy my eyes were burning and the free breakfast had watery eggs

Good location, room was very quiet and clean. We had a suite with a kitchenette and sofa which was very well appointed.

No complaints.

The air conditioner was very strong and wasn’t able to control the airflow not to blow in the beds

There was one particular staff member, a woman who seemed to be bothered by us asking for room amenities that were expected. For example extra bedding for the pull out bed and pillows etc. When we asked she seemed as if this was a hassle for her, and when I thanked her many times I didn't get a response. This was very rude.

The road needs fixing. Too many potholes The toilet was weak. It had a hard time flushing

Very clean. Appeared newly renovated. Continental breakfast with great coffee. Easy highway access to Canobie Lake Park about 15 min away. Requests were quickly & pleasantly met.

Great remodel, rooms are clean and fresh. I had stayed her several time prior to the remodel, so I know what has changed. I am surprised the entire place seemed to be recarpeted except for the elevators?? That's odd.

The breakfast buffet is good if you are only there one night, if you are there multiple nights or weeks in a row, it is less than desirable. The cereal options are sweet or unfulfilling (Residence Inn next door offers granola, which would be a great addition). The egg options are limited, no hard boiled eggs, or breakfast sandwiches, just watery scrambled eggs and little souffles occassionally. I have never seen bacon, and the waffles never seem to be an option (maybe they are on weekends only?) Would be nice to even get some canned fruit, like peaches, as an option.

There is not a lot on place to spend time outside. There is small patio, but the light is broken, at 8:00 it is dark ...

There was a lot of noise throughout both nights of our stay, loud voices in the hall and a constant slamming of the door leading outside.

Very clean, seemed new, bed and bedding was literally the most comfortable I ever slept on. The room was nicely decorated, everything was very clean, spacious
