Der Parkplatz war extrem voll, wir haben deshalb im nahen Parkhaus geparkt um flexibler zu sein. Das Zimmer war sehr gut, die Damen am Empfang sehr freundlich. Wir Lage, in der historischen Altstadt perfekt. Preis-/Leistung stimmt hier und ist definitiv zu emfehlen.
Es war alles in Ordnung.

The staff are all super nice. The location is perfect and they make sure you have a parking spot available. I love that pets are allowed!
There is noise from the street behind the hotel but that was to be expected. No big deal.

Rooms look recently renovated and are comfortable. The location is Amazing. you are at walking distance of everything in the area
Many bars are really close to the rooms (at least the two our group were staying at) so you can hear the music until very late. not good if you want some rest.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of things and the tour bus we had tickets for picked up passengers right in front of the hotel. It is a very short walk to the fort. The historic district is right next too and behind it.
The room had a not so fresh smell...in fact, I purchased a scented candle because of the damp, musty smell. It appeared clean though.

The wait to check in was extremely long. There should be coffee in the room or lobby.

I loved the location of the property. It is right in the center of everything ,with an excellent view of the bay.
I didn't like that our TV and remote weren't working properly. We had to stay in the room all evening without one. At first ,we thought it was just the remote needing batteries, but we went and exchanged it for another, and the TV still didn't work. We turned it on manually, and it still wouldn't act right. It was raining and we had no choice but to stay in the room, without a TV.
And parking can be a nightmare.

I think most would agree that the location is the best thing about this hotel. It is in the perfect spot to walk to almost anything you would want to do in downtown St. Augustine
Even though it has been mostly renovated on the inside, it still feels pretty outdated for how much it cost to stay here. You are paying a premium for the location, which is understandable.
