The breakfast was adequate and served by polite and helpful staff who also made sure that the area was clean. The beds were comfortable. Valerie, one of the hotel staff members, was very pleasant and helpful.

The location of the hotel is very poor now that Tucson has become a sanctuary for homeless people and in that area in particular. There is not a feeling of security. Our car was broken into while parked in the parkiing lot of the hotel and no help was offered by the hotel as to procedure after a breakin. One of the rooms occupied by us had a very bad smell of sewage during the whole of our stay (9 nights) and there was no hot water in that same room. Though we complained about this several times nothing was done by the staff. One member of staff, Katy, was particularly unhelpful, rude and unpleasant. Certainly not the kind of person to be employed by a chain of hotels such as this. We were charged a few hundred dollars more than our reservation confirmation stated for the 2 rooms which we are following up through other channels. We certainly will not be returning to this hotel.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was large. The place is very clean. The breakfast lady was nice.

We were looking forward to the advertised “heated pool and jacuzzi” but it was not functional, so my family was disappointed. I wish it would have been said on their website or someone would have told us when we booked. We asked for pool towels - which we didn’t get to use at the end - and they are tiny like a hand towel. They should change those to bigger ones.

It is always good to stay at Holiday Inn in any city. Rooms are spacious, breakfast always good, I love the bacon and coffee. Always clean, no messy areas.

I cant complain at all on anything.
