Excellent friendly, welcoming staff; complimentary breakfast was delicious; and the atmosphere was very nice, yet also very comfortable and casual, perfect for me and my friends. I would love to return to this location again sometime in the future. Thank you!

A very minor issue, but due to the renovations being done, it was a little less convenient than I would have expected to get luggage into the hotel on arrival and back out to the car on departure. I know that this issue is temporary, so I've barely given it any weight in how I would rate my stay. I hope to return sometime after the renovations are done!

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. Conveniently located for sightseeing

Unfortunately we were given a room with a bathroom that had a lot of hair and dirt on the floor. When we brought it up to the receptionist they moved us to another room which had the same issue- a lot of hair on the floor. Since housekeeping had already been gone for the day we requested the room to be cleaned the next day which unfortunately had not been done. We had to take out our own trash, dirty towels and the dirty bathroom had not been cleaned even though we specifically requested it. You would think they would make sure it gets done to make it right. Our neighbors were watching tv loudly at night during our stay so we weren’t able to get sleep. Walls seems thin. Also there is construction happening early in the morning. It did not bother us but could be bothersome for someone who wants to sleep in while on vacation.

Hotel wouldn’t let me in for an hour and I had a 4 and a half hour drive. They wouldn’t let me in because the booking.com confirmation number was incorrect, which is absurd. They made me call booking.com to get the “correct” information when I already had booked a room and had proof of it, just stupid and unhelpful.

The front desk manager was great. They ended up writing off our room charge completely due to the problems.

Sheets were stained!!!!!! WiFi did not work at all. TV stations for MSNBC and Fox News were both completely malfunctioning.
