location was quiet and just out of the main traffic area

the breakfast was very poor quality and not enough workers to keep up with the food. everything was out when my husband and I went. even the batter for waffles.

We were shuttled to and from the Fair/Expo Center which was very helpful so we did not have to pay for parking or find a parking space. All of the staff at the hotel were extremely nice and accommodating.

It would be nice to have other breakfast options near by or a free continental breakfast instead of an expensive buffet. we don’t eat a large breakfast so it wouldn’t be worth us buying. I had to drive through that terrible traffic on 264 to go get breakfast.

Sink was dirty in our room. We went to use it and the drain was plugged. We stayed 4 nights and went down to get towels on day 2 and they wouldn’t give us any towels! Front desk said we had to put towels out in order for them to give us towels! Front desk needs to tell you that towels must be put out when you check in! Shuttle service was the best! Drivers were outstanding!

Convenient location, comfortable beds, and quiet!

close to my purpose for being in Louisville.

we had a refrigerator that did not work. they did not replace it. they wanted us to move rooms. we had already unpacked after traveling 4 days. I did not want to repack. I requested a discount. there was none.

Nothing

I didn't like that the Holiday INN did not have a reservation for me. my conformation number 2981825282 and they didn't have it. We tried to contact Booking many times to find out what was wrong. We left many calls for Booking and never received any call back to help. We also wen t to email and did not get any answer. We tried all evening and both back from Booking. Holiday Inn said they were over booked and showed nothing from Booking. We had to find a more expensive motel motel. I am am an artist and I travel all over this country and have never had anything like this happen. Booking says they have 24/7 service and help line we tried for four day and could not get any help at all from Booking. I even received an email from Booking Sat evening wanting to help me get a taxi and a flight but they can't even do anything about having no motel to stay in .
