Room was clean and for the most part quiet. Facility seem to be well-kept except for slow running sink drain.
Cigarette but put out in the elevator floor. Beer smell in the elevator. No towels in the workout room.

Staff was excellent!! Emmanuel the night front desk check in clerk was an Angel, a pure Angel. Ericka the bartender was so kind and amazing as well. Everyone we encountered was so kind. My mother passed away while we were here and the compassion shown was above and beyond.

LEAST SAFE hotel room ever due to darkness and inaccessible lighting switches.
Bed side light bulb was dead.
Switches on floor lamps were invisible!
At least bathroom had adequate lighting.

it was literally 4 minutes from my destination with a nice pizza place nearby.
I paid $535 for a room and my room didn’t even have a microwave in it.
there were some AAU tournaments and of course there were players in the same hotel as me, and they were running yo and down the halls banging on doors.

The staff were some of the friendliest people I’ve met in a long time.
Breakfast not good. Poorly prepared eggs and bacon.

There were curtains that could be closed and the shades were NOT blackout shades. City lights shone right through the shades—not good! And the bathroom door could not shut!
