Location was close to where we needed to go and easily accessible

Outdated and in need of updates. What should have been a continental breakfast was $13 per person. Staff was not helpful. Asked for more pillows and linen for family of 5 and they said they may not have it and we needed to come get it. Overall disappointed with this level of service and quality from a holiday inn.

The hotel tried to downgrade my room with a whirlpool and put me in a different room then what I booked because they had a maintenance issue with a leak in the room I booked and then tried to tell me that they didn't have another room with a jacuzzi available when actually they did have another room available and the staff were very rude.

The booking was easy online through booking. They were very accommodating and were able to check me in a couple hours earlier. Brooklyn was the person at the front desk was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! The service at the cafe in the restaurant was GREAT as well.

My TV would turn on and off briefly whenever the air conditioning unit in the room turned on and off. Other than that, it was fabulous. Wish I had stayed there from the very start of my trip.

They had a wedding reception in conference room but they had music beating all night and I was staying on the 3rd floor and could hear it very well it was loud and made it tough to sleep

i had breakfast coupons for 2 of my 3 party, i wish i was told that i needed to either pay with cash or charge the extra to my room. it wasn’t till after we were ready to leave when we found out. Communication is so important.

During the week the buffet isn’t open so there is a bit of a wait for food orders but overall it’s great that they have food to order i guess. A bit pricey considering it could use a few updates etc.

I used to stay here often several years ago, always enjoyed my stay. I can honestly say after this stay I will not return. I booked a suite expecting it to have all the amenities as previously and as it shows on the website - wrong. The rooms had no desk or table to work at, they were completely bare except for a couch, coffee table and end table with a lamp. the room was so dark I had to ask for a floor lamp so I could see to do my work. We could only turn on the tv in the bedroom as the living room tv had no remote. My friends room was just as bad if not worse. We were on a work/ pleasure trip and had zero space to work. We tried changing rooms to one that had a desk ( as advertised) with no success. The best the hotel could do is find us a room with a table and chair. I was in my room for5 days and not once was it cleaned or fresh towels brought, I had to call for towels. On a positive the staff tried to be super helpful with trying to help get us a room that actually had all the furniture it was supposed to have, but clearly their hands are tied. This hotel needs a complete Reno. I will never stay nor will I recommend.
