- Breakfast needs to be included!!
- booking.com said indoor pool. It did not have an indoor pool. We specifically paid the higher rate compared to other hotels in the area because we thought we were getting an indoor pool. That was not correct

It was close to the sports venue we were attending.
The owners of this property have stopped investing many moons ago. It was dirty, roachy, pealing wallpaper, nothing but weeds outside, and the lobby smelled like burnt cheese day and night. Our room smelled like aftershave that was spread around to mask the moldy odor.

I booked and paid through booking.com. However, the hotel themself ALSO charged me in addition to when I fully paid through booking.com. They didnt pay attention.

The room size was good and the layout of the bathroom as well.
The place needs some major upgrades in remodeling and major cleanness in the rooms. My room had dirty carpet and bathroom.

Great location off 200, check in could have been quicker and easier, but we got a high floor with balcony-- what I asked for.
Room could have been ready sooner and layout of was ackward.

the windows were locked . A.C unit went up and down on its own. front desk lady double charged me for a room i’ve already paid for through booking.com…. when i informed the front desk lady ((whom was not the same person that doubled charged me when i first checked in)) she was EXTREMELY RUDE yelled at me sizing me up and down not taking what i was trying to explain to her into consideration like i’m so poor black woman which caused me to be really upset :(
