We stayed in the apartment style studio, everything was amazing!!!

The shower made a whiny noise, but overall was good quality and pressure.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Quiet room, comfortable bed and very clean. Loved the kitchenette and the gazebo. The flowers were beautiful and the property was clean and welcoming. Our new home away from home. Kudos to Jimmy. He was very personable and knowledgeable.

New shower heads would be the only thing that would have improved our stay, but the water was always hot and pressure was great.

The staff that checked me in was nice and the location was very convenient for my trip.

There was a foul smell like something died in the closet, and it leaked into the room. I had to spray air freshener, open the window, and block the gap under the closet door to keep it from escaping and permeating the room again. I understand they allow pets and it was probably something related to a previous guest with pets - but this doesn't absolve the hotel from their responsibility of cleaning. When I mentioned the awful smell all I got was an "I'm sorry".

Everything was at least very good.

The a/c was a little noisy

I love the space/layout of the room. I love the amenities. And the mattress/bedding in the bedroom is the most comfortable out of majority of hotels i would compare to. I also like choosing to stay with you because you have a later checkout than most other hotels. And majority of the time I feel the price is fair. I know sometimes when special events happen prices go up, but majority of the time the price is complete fair for what I'm getting. I also like that they have a store there. With my husband being a type 1 diabetic it has come in handy when he was having an episode being able to access that

For some of the night the people above us were pretty noisy but they quieted down by the time we went to bed so it was okay...
