I felt welcome. All the people on the reception are great Also, the location is GREAT, and the price was more than fair The WIFI was mostly stable - I did a few TEAMS calls, and it only dropped once. The room was very clean

The room is super tiny. Also, the only window showed me a brick wall less than 1 meter away. But for the price, it is OK

Well located and convenient for theatre going. Near a subway. The bed was very comfortable!

Our room was at the end of the hallway and was not offered to be cleaned until the very end of the day. No kettle in the rooms made it inconvenient to go downstairs for a coffee. A latte machine would have been wonderful in the lobby.

Zimmer sind sehr klein sowie das Bad, man kann sich arrangieren und für uns war es kein Problem, wir hatten zwei großen Koffern + Handgepäck und dadurch war es schon sehr eng. Dennoch sind wir gut damit klar gekommen

Location was excellent. Close to times square but very quiet. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great value for New York City.

though the room was small, it felt just perfect in the city of New York and it was comfortable and clean and well organized. I found the best thing there the staff the front desk people. Everybody was comfortable and safe, thoughtful more than anything I've ever experienced before in New York City.

The lighting in the bathroom is a little hard to see in the mirror for shaving and things- it would be nice if they had a very small coffee pot to make coffee but they always have it downstairs so it's doable.

Location was excellent, literally walking distance to so many sights! Times Square was just around the corner, Radio City and The Rock a few blocks away, and Central Park just a bit further. We walked further afield to the Empire State, Grand Central and Madison Sq Garden, but lots of transport options. Hotel was so close to lots of theatres, cafes and restaurants. Staff were always very friendly and polite, and arranged a taxi to the cruise port for us at the last minute as the one we'd booked let us down. Room was comfortable and clean, even had an iron and ironing board. Free tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the lovely reception area was a nice bonus. From the airport we got the airtrain then subway to 50th St. Came out at 49th St exit and hotel was just across the road. Couldn't have been easier! Ideal for our 4 night stay. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend!

Although the location was excellent, the room was very small. However, we had read previous reviews which said the same, so it was what we were expecting. Shower was also a bit of a squeeze. That said, it had everything we needed. We weren't in the room that much, so the size didn't put us off.

The location was perfect. Right by Times Square and all the broadway shows. Plenty of food options. Safe, clean area. Staff was amazing!

Rooms are VERY small. Only 2 people max and still it is a squeeze!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room, while very small, filled our needs and was clean and orderly. The location really can’t be beat, and offers easy access to numerous attractions.

The bed was adequate but a bit lacking in support. With two of us, we kind of sunk into one another.

The location is truly amazing. But even better was the kind and friendly staff. They went out of there way to answer any questions and give you helpful tips about visiting New York. They always greeted you when you came in the door and truly made us feel welcome. The beds and pillows in the newly updated rooms are fabulous. I had the best nights sleep that i've ever had and we travel a LOT. I highly recommend this property for your visit to New York.

The value is great. NYC can be expensive and even though the room was small, I stayed here for it's competitive price, clean rooms, and location near Times Square. E train is just a block away.

My room didn't have a city view. The television had some type of casting setup so I wasn't able to watch the morning news to see what was happening in the city before I ventured out.
