Convenient location to the church I was going to attend
The bathroom had a fresh order to it. I had to open the windows and spray it with disinfectant

I was able to get the two rooms I booked close together
The pool area was full of ants and they did not have any towels outside for us to use not to mention the hot tub was very very dirty

Had double beds available
The room smells like dirty feet and pee in the room. I sprayed the room with Lysol and hung incense around the room. That didn’t help at all. The smell would hit you as soon as you walk in the door. The front entrance was always dirty and smelly. I was wondering if they have housekeepers? I was scared to fell asleep in the bed because I wasn’t sure if the beds were clean. I’ve stayed in holiday inn’s before this one by far was the worst ever.

We loved the variety of food there was at breakfast, the beds were so comfortable, the pool was a good size, and housekeeping would go to the room every morning to put new towels and pick up the trash. Also, we loved the area it was at because the places we visited were nearby. Finally, the fact that there was a gym and a washer/dryer available was a plus.
Honestly there wasn't anything we didn't liked.

This place is awesome! Great breakfast! Great room! The jacuzzi sweet is awesome & very romantic! Comfortable beds as well. My husband & I really enjoyed our stay.

Truly impressed with the breakfast! The egg white veggie omelet, biscuit, and bacon were all delicious! The coffee was pretty good, too.

Absolutely will stay again! The location was close to lots of shopping. Staff was very nice.

The location is very convenient for food and entertainment
Staff was not the best with customer service. I felt like since I booked through booking the level of service and services offered lacked the proper attention as someone who booked through the company site. I inquired about the bath robes mentioned on booking in my reservation information and was told they dont offer this service because booking is a third party. That felt like a lie and discriminatory since again I booked through booking.com and not IHG directly.
