The sheets and pillow cases were in dirty, and obviously, slept in condition. We went down for clean sheets to change them ourselves and they said they were having a shortage on pillow cases. Homeless people in flower beds out front dealing what they deal and charging their phones in the bushes. Coming in and leaving this nasty place.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the atmosphere.
We were very uncomfortable because we requested 2 beds and only received 1 king bed. We were never told that there was no guarantee on our request until we arrived at the property.

Breakfast was wonderful and hot , beds super clean and comfortable love the complimentary mini dove soaps by the shower smells so good and the the front desk receptionist name Regan Has Exceptional Customer Service from the time of my booking til the end of my stay . Highly recommend this hotel .

This hotel was the ONLY hotel room we have ever stayed that had a CEILING FAN in the room!!!!! LOVE love loved it!!! Felt like HOME!! More hotel rooms should have ceiling fans!! This sets IHG apart from other just regular hotel rooms. We now look for IHG hotels in the area we will be and see if a ceiling fan is available. ♥️

Did not have breakfast. Was going to dine and have a couple drinks in Sports Bar but no one ever appeared to wait on us so we left and went to Walk On’s instead. Don’t know why I was charged an additional $25 for incidentals, that was ridiculous.

The location was perfect for what I was there for. The atmosphere was warm and very friendly. the breakfast bar was very nice as well. Everything was nice and warm and fresh, there was a good selection to choose from. when I'm back in town that's is where I'm going to stay at for sure.
I was only staying a short time so it would not be fair to the establishment to write my dislikes when my experience there was very warm and homely. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions for me.
