IT was close to our desired destination. Great that it
had a pool. Beds were not too bad. Pillows were
comfortable. Had fridge and microwave in room.
The inside of the rooms looked better than outside.
Breakfast was simple and ok for a quick bite.
Our room was hot. Floors were dirty. Room didn’t
have an operable remote. Had to wait 15 minutes
for a specific employee to unlock pool gate as it
was stuck. No pool towels in room. Had to get from
guest services that had only 4 for the whole hotel.
The outside appearance is a bit off looking. There
were 5 cockroaches killed in our room in disgust.
Elevator got stuck several times at opening or
going down or up. Not fully controllable to hotel
maybe, but someone was smoking non-stop close
to our room and ventilation kept sucking the smell
into our room and stinking it up. Thought it’d be
better for the price.

the room wasn’t ready until 5 (beware they’re short staffed), bugs in the bathroom (make sure to close window), can’t connect device to tv, room had a strong Vicks like smell…it’s so/so

My stay at the Quality Inn was exceptionally pleasant, thanks in large part to Mr. Victor, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, his helpful demeanor and attentiveness made a significant difference. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of travel. The amenities were also top-notch, contributing to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. Overall, I would highly recommend the Quality Inn for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations, and I look forward to returning on

It was 12 hrs driving and all we want is to rest and it took 1 hrs to check in🤬

The only saving grace was that the maid Yessenia was very nice and personable. We had a good conversation while she cleaned because my room was not cleaned or ready when i arrived. I waited for someone to leave and did not get into a room until almost 6pm DESPITE HAVING A RESERVATION.
This hotel is not worth the almost exorbitant price tag i paid and i only didn't leave because everywhere else in the area was booked! The staff in the front office was very rude and i witnessed the man arguing with several customers while waiting in the cramped, jail cell sized lobby. AWFUL FACILITY PLEASE SHUT DOWN.

We needed a pet friendly hotel for 1 night and found the Quality Inn & Suites to be reasonably priced with no extra fees for parking, cleaning, or any resort fees, etc. Most hotels closer to the beach ended up being much more expensive than initially advertised. This hotel was close to attractions and restaurants and was clean and comfortable enough for us and our senior cat who we couldn't leave home alone. Although it is an older hotel, we had no issues with curtains that don't cover the entire window and things we've run into at other places. The room was private, with mini-fridge and the breakfast was good too.
It is an older hotel, but was fine. The beds are totally open underneath which could be an issue for a pet that wants to hide, but we had no problems this time!

Decent simple breakfast, good water pressure for shower and comfy beds.
Room needs update and size of the room is comfortable for 2 pax.

Amenities around the hotel was great.
Location to the event is suitable.
Air conditioning did not work well even after manintenance man attended to the issue, it's tempermental.
Room floor was dirty, our feet was 'black' even after house keeping attended to the room.
Bathroom is tiny & alot of dead insects around the bathroom window where house keeping staff could have wipe it off but didn't.
Pictures on the website did not match the actual property.
There was a big argument early in the morning & 2 police men showed up to escort the girl out of the property.

Price was way to high for the cleanness. Wasn't very clean. I would definitely say this isn't a 5 star or 4 star hotel. Only thing good is it's close to a beach. The staff is real friendly. The fridge wouldn't close all the way. Every time I stay there it's like that.
