very poor breakfast, not much variation.... plastic cutterly, and cups, dishes from carton isn't really sustainable !

Ms. Mary, who serves breakfast, is phenominal!! She is always pleasant and greets us each time we stay and remembers us. (We stay here throughout the year.) The breakfasts on her shifts are always fresh and the station clean and well serviced! We LOVE breakfast when Ms. Mary is on duty....our day starts with a pleasant greeting and a nice breakfast.

This time there was an issue with late night door slamming....several nights. If the front desk attendee were awake he might address this, though I'm not sure how he sleeps through the doors slamming plus his loud cd player which I could hear in my room as we were trying to sleep. (He likes Adele, among others) We frequent this hotel a lot during the year and specifically choose this room, when available, for a couple of reasons. One being my knee issue. While we have become accustomed to this employee always being "curt", asleep at the desk and inattentive to guest needs....this time his loud music, and inattentiveness to the door slamming issue was just about too much for our week long stay. We pay good money to stay at this hotel and this employee may be a determinate in not returning in the future.

The breakfast and location was great.

The heated pool was not heated as expected.

Very clean and very comfortable sleeping arrangements. I really felt rested when I left.

The property was very clean.

Breakfast was a little bland. Our room didn’t get cleaned. I had to go to the front desk to get new towels. Ice machine on 2nd floor didn’t work. The AC in our room wouldn’t stay on so we had to get our fan for softball out of the car and use it.

Customer service was not the most pleasant. They never got back to me about canceling the booking from booking. com although I stayed there anyway via making a reservation with hotel front desk. The water was cut off in the rooms without prior notice.
