Loved that it was so clean and the staff was nice. Morning and night shift are super friendly.

I didn't like being on 3 floor and having pets but the elevator was nice.

the staff was great. The property was clean and very quiet.

it’s a new property but needs a little tlc on the air condition. we had to move to another room because the ac wasn’t working properly and they tried fixing it but it was still leaking all over the carpet. just needs some maintenance work to keep it in good condition.and for the price you should have some kind of continental breakfast.

Everything is well-prepared and thought-out. Relatively convenient location.

Time on clock and microwave was incorrect. No instruction as to how to set time for clock or alarm.

newly remodeled and clean. normally we have to wipe the doors down and clean the bathroom not this time.

upon checking out my debit card was charged again for a prepaid room. very inconvenient as it put a five day hold of $1000 on my card.

All the staff were very friendly. They did not stop sharing information, which i needed the most. I made some very good Friends at the Hotel. Front desk, Hotel management, Hotel owners all were very co-operative. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Replenish the shower body wash or at least provide body soap. Other than shampoo and conditioner, there were no bathroom amenities.

No breakfast-bed a little saggy-desk clerk VERY good- had trouble with booking-

Our room had mold on the ceiling, on the bed table, and the wall. There was obvious water damage in the room and the phone shows signs of water damage too and growing mold on it as well. I have pictures I can include too. I did not realize the room was like this until we were ready for bed or I would have requested a new room. I cannot even understand why you would even give someone a room like this in the 1st place.

Needs little repairs in the room.

Breakfast. None sink stoped up, phone would ring ever hour - no one on the line. TV remote not working and battery cover missing, bed not made the 2rd day, bath sink draining slow, no toilet paper and soap in room on arrival
