Close to my event.
I had asked why the temperature wouldn't go below 72°. I was told the temperature in rooms were controlled till 8pm. For almost $300 a night, I want air-conditioning. Mattress was hard also.

Location was good as we were attending an event at the Cajun Dome
Lavatory was clogged and had to have them cleared
Shower gel in shower was empty and shampoo was almost empty as well
Kleenex box was almost empty as well
Rooms could use a little updating
Overall property was okay, staff were friendly and location was good but I feel for the price that I paid it should have been better

The hotel is in a great location. It is roughly a fifteen-minute drive from the hotel for anyone interested in attending the annual Festival Internationale, held in the downtown area every April. It is also close to many shops and department stores as well as the mall, Barnes & Noble and plenty of restaurants and businesses on Rue Johnston. The rooms are very comfortable and the restaurant on the first floor serves great meals for breakfast and dinner; if you don't want to drive around looking for a meal after a long day. The bar is also a plus, serving a variety of beers, wines, etc. There are cafe tables on the hotel grounds where you can enjoy a cocktail on a sunny day.
I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel and would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is great and location is amazing. It was very clean and staff was great. Felt very safe there. Not to far from resturants. Pancakes were very good.
No pool, pillows were very flat, and breakfast was not complaimary given price of this hotel.

The booking site said that it had a pool. I also called the hotel prior to booking and they confirmed that there was definitely a pool. We got there and there was NO POOL!!!! The website also says there is complimentary breakfast and THAT WAS A LIE!!!!

The beds were uncomfortable and the room was pretty hot.

The location was convenient. It was directly across from our event. The rooms were nice. The bathroom was clean except for the toilet. I think they may forgotten to clean under the seat 😳
Otherwise, our quick little stay was nice.
The breakfast was not free, but it was itcwas still good.

suite was roomy we enjoyed that
rooms could be updated and better bedding. comforter on top was old. we saw 2 bugs on our ceiling so spray for that more often id suggest. That didn’t help me sleep very good. Suites have lots of room so that was nice. Nice you offered cocktails and food. That was a plus.

The location was perfect and the staff were very accomidating. The breakfast was delicious and a good variety of menu or buffet. We chose buffet and all the food was hot and very tastey.
No real complaints of this location. Everything was nice.
