It was close to various transportation types to do sightseeing. Also in an area that a variety of food to eat.

The staff was very kind.

The room smelled like cigarettes/smoke; the sheets didn't feel/smell fresh; after a very long day of travel I was unable to purchase a beer at the small market in the lobby.

Comfortable and good value for Boston. Grocery store and Burger King nearby.

Train horn and neighborhood noise

The room was spacious and comfortable - use what you would expect. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel definitely served its purpose as we arrived close to midnight. Like the late check out time : ) Convenient to have a shuttle to and from the airport (although we arrived too late at night to use it).

Appreciated the shuttle service because the hotel is a few miles from the airport, but was one of the more reasonably priced hotels available. Front desk and room cleaning people were all pleasant and helpful.

I think hotels should do away with carpeted floors. I would prefer a hard surfaced floor. They are easier to keep clean and look better longer. The carpet selected for this location had a pattern that looked like worn-out carpet, although it was not worn out. It kind of reminded me of jeans that are sold with holes already in them. The hotel is also very close to a busy train track and crossing so you hear the train engine, the loud train horn, and the bell for the crossing several times starting early in the morning.

A man tried to break into my room at four in the morning and then the front desk girl told me that if I don’t feel comfortable that I can leave

Not really knowing this area we booked this place. We were there for a two day competition for our son. It was 11pm when we arrived. Staff had no extra rooms he said they were booked which later I found out he lied!! The room smelled bad and the sofa bed was broken and stained. Had to sleep with the windows open all night. My poor kid sleep on the recliner. It was already late and we were not familiar with the area to find another Hotel but the following morning at 7:30 AM we checked out ASAP. Found a much great hotel for the same price. The next day, the manager called me stating that they had a room available, but I said no thank you because ironically, they had told me they were booked for the whole weekend. We will never book with them at any location all I can say is thank God the windows open we slept with them open all night in a freezing room just to be able to breathe. It smelled musty gross so just find somewhere else stay away from here.!!!
