Last minute booking was confirmed via Booking.com, and Uber's fees were spent to check in, only to learn that the hotel had "no record" of the confirmed and non-refundable booking. The manager Briana was completely unaccountable and unhelpful. Had to book another hotel on Booking.com and pay second Uber fee. Messages sent to make sure that "non-refundable" booking fees would be voided have not been responded to, after several tries. All in all, this was a truly horrible consumer experience.

L’emplacement (a 2 pas du métro). La grande salle de bain, et le petit déjeuner.
Beaucoup de petites choses, qui a la fin ont rendu notre séjour peu agréable. Un mauvais accueil tout d’abord, réceptionniste très peu aimable. J’ai réservé pour 4, et le 2ème lit (canapé lit) n’était pas fait. J’ai du le faire et il manquait une taie d’oreiller. Ensuite la chambre était abîmée (meuble). La porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas, la ventilation ne marchait pas, un port USB était cassé. Les chaises de la petite cuisine pleine de miettes et 1 tâche. Cette chambre mérite des réparations avant d’être relouée! Et enfin, le prix que je trouve très cher pour ce genre de prestation (350$us la nuit, ait obtenu une réduction de 25$ seulement 😢)

My stay at this hotel was disappointing on several fronts. Not only was the pool left uncleaned for three days, but the constant noise from trains disrupted my nights, and the breakfast options were limited, lacking fruits, cheese, potatoes, pastries, and pancakes.
Furthermore, a notable issue was the parking fees. In contrast to the information on the hotel's website, Booking, and my confirmation, I was charged $20 per day instead of the advertised $15. This discrepancy in rates was an unwelcome surprise and adds to my overall disappointment with this establishment.

The entire hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. It felt very welcoming. There was a Coffee Station and it had several other drink options, not just coffee. I enjoyed the oatmeal at breakfast.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable but that's almost expected. There was only a set of sheets and one very flat pillow provided for it though, no blanket. The suite was smaller than I expected.

First of all, we were 3 people and the room only had towels.And housekeeping never clean our room.I told the front desk and they claimed that they were short in staff.We had to ask for towels all 3 days.I forgot to mention that the safe was not working.

The rooms are nice and spacious. Lobby is comfortable. Breakfast was decent, although using real eggs for the scramble would be an improvement. All day coffee bar was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable.
We weren't told that it wasn't possible to have rooms with two beds instead of just one king, which wasn't ideal for our party, and they didn't clean our rooms once while we were there, which is disgraceful.

the property rudely wouldn’t allow me to change my payment method. It was our wedding night and they gave us a very hard time. They wouldn’t allow us to check in unless we used the payment method on file. I’ve never experienced this before using Booking.com and was disappointed in the customer service. Especially because it was our wedding night.

Location near airport was perfect for catching my red eye flight. Parking and check-in was simple. Kitchen facilities, the layout and high ceilings made room very attractive, comfortable and practical-seemed like a studio apartment. Arrived late and left early, wished I could’ve stayed longer for price/value.

The lobby was very modern, and breakfast was good
The receptionist was rude and treated us worse than other guests. He also had a noticeable stain on his shirt. The phone was broken, the bathroom door didn’t lock. The listing for the hotel on Booking.com lists TWO sofa beds but the room only had one, and when we brought this up to the receptionist he said “The listing is correct, you just misread it.”
Worse, the sofa bed we did have was broken and we weren’t informed of this. I hurt my back trying to pull out the bed. A maintenance worker later told us that the hotel was aware of this issue and that there was a note not to rent that room out to more than 2 people; we had 4 people on our reservation. We were told we’d be moved to a different room, but when we showed up to the front desk later that day they didn’t even know and didn’t have another room ready for us. The room they moved us to was dirty, the bathroom door didn’t work properly, and the wall was stained with an unknown substance and broken in places.
I worked in hotels for many years, and I know that this is not quality service.

1. Near to railroad. Noisy train sounds and horns almost every hour.

3. We booked for 4 pax. But, only 3 towels were available.
4. Similarly, the tea and coffee set fell short for only 2 persons.
5. We requested room service to make up the sofa bed. But, was told that the hotel does not provide such service. We were told that guests have to do the sofa bed by themselves. Felt being cheated because the room was advertised and priced for 4 pax. In the end, we had to ask for extra pillows, blankets, towels and do the sofa bed on our own. Disappointing.

Lots of kids screaming in lobby running back and forth from pool to bar where their parents were.
In room bathroom needs some tlc. Vanity looked rough and ceiling paper was bubbling- no obvious way to turn on fan.
