The room was a suite and had a mini kitchen included allowing you to cook your own meals. The hotel was a direct bus away from South Station and close to the airport. They even provide a shuttle from the airport and a complimentary breakfast

There are no family rooms with two double beds. Housekeeping didnt clean the rooms or change the towels (Sorted quickly after a call to the reception)

There was a mini kitchen inside the room including a mini electric oven and other necessary stuff in a kitchen. Surprisingly the fridge was large with lots of space to put food and drinks.

Location

There was nothing great about our stay other than one shuttle driver (he was very personable and cheery - the other driver we encountered was rude and took us to the wrong place) and that it was right next to a bus line that make travel into the city relatively easy. The bathroom was also nice with a very large shower. And the shampoo and conditioner provided was nice.

Breakfast was terrible unless you were a vegetarian. Pool was smaller than expected. The room was quite a bit smaller than expected. It was a king size bed with a pull out couch which barely fit when pulled out. The kitchenette was very small and the fridge smelled like it needed deodorizing. Staff at the front desk really didn’t have any answers whenever we talked to them and weren’t much help other than grabbed things we needed from behind the desk. They really didn’t know much about the area they were located in. There was no ice machine. You had to go to the front desk and ask for a flat gallon ziplock bag of ice. Noise level sucked. You could hear everything from outside, the halls, and the floor above.

Location

The sound insulation was terrible, our windows faced the road and we could hear everything, we didn’t sleep all night and woke up tired. Also, the space for a third adult was small and would have been more suitable for a child.

Clean and nicely organized

We chose this location because we wanted to turn our car in a day prior to our departure at the Boston Logan Airport and they offered a shuttle and picked us up on the day we delivered the car and then took us to the airport in the morning. breakfast started at 6:00 am which gave us plenty of time to eat and get the shuttle since they do every 20 minutes. Great staff!!

The only thing I can think of is the coffee wasn't ready at 6:00 am so it felt a little hectic. Not that big of a deal

Originally dispite request for quiet room we had noisy room at the road junction with traffic lights...no sleep first night so we requested to move room. We had to wait around until 12.30 to change rooms but still managed to fit in some sight seeing that day. The staff were friendly and fulfilled our wish. We enjoyed our four night stay despite the first night. Great laundry facility's. Free breakfast which was actually okay.

Should have been given quiet room straight away.
