Nothing.

I didn’t like the hidden fees owed at check in after pre-paying ($10 for parking plus $22 for some unknown charges that were not on my receipt but charged to my card). The free breakfast was terrible. I booked a Double Queen room as I have a family of 4 and was given a room with one King bed. When trying to check out multiple times, front desk attendant would disappear with a line of people. Worker who was handling the breakfast kept coming to help, but ultimately said she can’t do anything on the computer and to just wait til the other lady came back which I left after waiting 15 minutes the second time in a long line of people waiting to check in/out.

Too close to the road. Very noisy. Room not very clean. Hairdryer blew up and the cleaning lady didn’t even both to get off her cellphone when she got me another. Coffee maker broken.

I liked the location very much. The hotel itself was clean and very comfortable. Close to restaurants and parks .

Only problem I had was that my water in the bathroom was not hot at all! There wasn’t anyone at the front desk often so I only saw someone when I checked in

This hotel was quiet and comfortable. I chose this hotel because it was near the river and there were plenty of walking trails for us to check out. We even drove (30 minutes) to Congaree National Park to walk along the 2 mile boardwalk. There were lots of great restaurants within a five minutes drive from the hotel as well.The free parking at the hotel was a huge plus!

There weren't any restaurants within a short walking distance (a two block radius). Renting a car (or reserving a Lyft/Uber) is a must if you're not able to walk at least 1.5 miles (round trip) to get a bite to eat.

Delicious breakfast! The room was clean and comfortable. Minimal outside noise.

We really liked the outside patio area by the pool. The rooms were nice and it was quiet.

The lady that was replacing the eggs at breakfast was rude to me the first morning so I didn't bother going down the next morning but that's it. Everything else was great

All “tens”! Wonderful experience from the friendly Brandon at the front desk that greeted me when I first checked in to the enthusiastic lady that was serving up the hot breakfast to the friendly folks that saw me on my way out. Great value. Will definitely stay here on my next trip. And loved finding Knowledge Perk coffee shop not far away.
