Location
Dog barked across the hallway from me nearly all day. Owners left the dog by itself and it was in distress.

Breakfast was ok. TheNight Desk Clerk for our arrival was excellent. Our only problem was that I requested a room cleaning from one of the other clerks, and it did not happen. Other than that, things were fine.

my room was moved 3 times because they couldn’t accommodate us. I let the staff know I’d have my handicap brother with me and we need to be on the 1st level. The staff moved us from 315 to 411. 1 of the room the toilet was back up with dirty water and the toilet was as well. I had no other choice but to stay because off of the other hotels were booked and a little more expensive. I even called several time to confirm that I had gotten the room that I requested. the room I originally booked and called to confirm was supposed to have a tub. I verified multiple times it was a king suite with a tub. when I get there it does not have a tub and also had fake eyelashes (used) in the room I went downstairs said we needed the room with a tub. they said we don’t have a suite with one we can give you a different room. I said will I be refunded for the cost difference since the other room was cheaper they said yes but then upon check out I was told NO. Also on the second day of my stay I asked to have house keeping come and get clean towels and everything. they said yes…they never came. I asked AGAIN. they said yes. NEVER CAME. I ended up going to the Walmart and buying towels to use at the hotel. since we were there four wheeling we wanted clean towels after showering each day. definitely not worth the money j spent for this room. also we were out late each night. the first night we had to call to get them to open the door Bw she after they switched our room the deactivated our new keys instead of the old keys (which they took when they switched our room) so we couldn’t get in.

Breakfast was disappointing. Turkey sausage was cold and the large cockroaches made it hard to enjoy the meal.
The pool had too much chlorine. Large roaches everywhere and key would only work half the time.

I liked the 11-7 staff Sunday to Monday. She gave a little breakfast despite no slee because of faulty fire alarm
Room was dirty. Fire alarm chirping wasn’t fixed and had to move. Bathroom dirty floors were dirty

The beds were comfortable. The room itself seemed clean.
Except for the manager on check-in, all the staff was helpful and courteous.
Check in was stated to be 3pm. We arrived around 4 and was told they had a large party check out and it would be a little bit. We went to Walmart for some things and returned over an hour later. Still no room. We were told we would have to be patient. Finally after 6 we were given a room.
The halls and elevators reeked of bug spray. The room smelled of it as well. There were squashed ones in the back hall.
We only got housekeeping service 1 time in our 6 day stay. Even though we called early in the afternoon on Friday because we had trash, no one came.
