The indoor pool was great for my kids. the breakfast was really good. The staff was extra accommodating and friendly!!

Breakfast was great. Kids all loved the variety. The breakfast staff was the best. Ms. Ann was extremely friendly and made morning wonderful. She kept things tidy and spoke to each of us with care.

The rooms were not cleaned well. We did not have enough bedding to accommodate our group of 6 and had to call for more. Our room was not cleaned for several days and I had to ask so that our trash could be removed and towels switched out. We had a room full of young kids next to us that did not have parents staying in their room with them and you could hear them banging on the walls way past quiet time. We had to call down because at 230 they were still yelling and banging on walls. Noone in our room slept well.

Easy check-in and breakfast was decent.

Everything was lovely. I enjoyed the room and especially. Enjoyed the sofa and suite.

I didn't like the sounding of the door when it opened and closed. I didn't like the fact that I didnt have the money to be able to stay longer.

Room was dirty, lighting was dim, adults yelling on the floor I was on. I felt extremely unsafe. I left the keys in the room and found a much cleaner safer place to stay. I sent them a message and. ever heard back. very poor customer service!
