Room was fine
Pool water was not very clean, around the pool was too small (few chairs to sit in and very little space). Floor around the pool was Very slippery and doors to offices or pool maintenance rooms had rust on bottom of the doors.

great staff, food was amazing, room was very clean and neat when we checked in.
Our floor and room smelt like marajuana the Thurs-Sat days we were there. Talked to the staff about it and asked them to spray. Didn’t like being so close to the smell, especially with small children (we have a 8 month old and a 8 year old). Also could use more options for purchase in their little store. I recommend stocking up swim diapers for families to purchase for the pool.

The breakfast was very good, except it said it came with the room and when I asked they gave us two free meals but there was four of us. I would rather have continental breakfast.
The air conditioner in the room kicked on and off all night long...every time it did it woke me up.
Pool was very small and was four men in there and my two teen age daughters did not feel comfortable going in. No hot tub.

The manager Nikki is great. When short staff she jumps right in as a team player. Also I don't remember her name working the front desk. But as soon as we saw each other she remembered me from the last time I stayed there. I gave her a t-shirt..I think the staff is great. This is my choice place when I come home. I currently live in Houston TX now

Location was very good. Breakfast was good. The best part of our stay was when we were leaving to check out and one of the hotel cleaning staff greeted us with the biggest smile and nicest morning hello outside our room.
Was not waited on when I first arrived around 9:45 to 10:00 p.m. and had to wait for the young man talking on his cell phone before he could check me in. Also, had an issue with checking in because he did not speak English well, at all. Very poor customer service experience.

First night we told the front desk that our air conditioner was on 60 and that we couldn’t adjust the temperature up. Nothing was Done! We asked for extra towels and did not receive them. The second day a guy named Si and woman came to our room to look at the thermostat on the wall. He could not fix it so he said use the heat!! It is in the 90’s. So for the two nights we had no sleep because we had to keep turning the ac on and off. I called the front desk the next morning on Friday the 15th of July and spoke with a lady. I told her that we needed a maintenance man to fix our air conditioner and that our room needed replenished with towels and coffee. The front desk told me they put a order in and it will be fixed that day 07/15/22. We had a convention all day and when we arrived I was told by the front desk it was fixed and it was not! The ac was still on 60 degrees!! I called the front desk to report that it was not fixed. The lady came to my room to try and fix it and she couldn’t. She called the ac guy to report he did not fix it. The guy would not answer the phone call. So here again no sleep because up and down turning on and off the air conditioner. We had a convention to attend to the next day. I came back to the hotel around 6 and still the air conditioner is not fixed. I go to the front desk to speak with the Manager and Si said they are not in. I asked him who is the manager and his reply was I’m the acting manager. I was very polite and very patient with this problem but nothing was done about our air conditioner. He said you didn’t report it !! I said you are the one that looked at it and said use the heat!! He said no I did not. It was him so he is lying. I told him that I want some money nicked off my stay because it was unsatisfactory and I have been more than patient. His reply was coupons!! Coupons for what!! Don’t stay here. Absolutely awful 😞
