Staff were very friendly.

We found a cockroach in the room, although the room seemed pretty clean.

The manager at night was apologetic for the condition on our room. She understood we were not interested in staying the night.

The room was not cleaned properly. There was loose change on the floor in our room and the couch that was also a pull out bed was dirty. The cover for that bed was ripped. We were charged full price but did not stay they night due to the unsanitary condition of our room. We have never had a bad experience at a Mariott until now.

There was not enough soap in the room. There was not enough soap to wash your hands. and not enough shampoo to wash your hair. other then that all went well.

Walls were dirty rat poop u see the mattress the pull out mattress had rat poop and pee on it with old food crumbs. couldn’t get a new room and staff just seemed like they didn’t care.

I liked the bathroom amenities and the AC was great.

The general manager Timothy Hayward was outwardly rude and didn’t accommodate us for what we had paid for, at all. The first room looked nothing like the picture and space was cramped, at best. Elevators were squeaky and constantly seemed like they would break down at any moment. Some of the front desk seemed to be very problematic & no housekeepers ever came. Hard to get towels.

Staff, facilities,great location near Great Wolf Lodge, restaurants and more. Easy off to interstates.

The beds were very lumpy. Had back pain each day I arose. King suite a little crowded.

The location was amazing! The rooms were very clean. No scent (good thing)! There was a very nice girl there at the front upon arrival but sadly not there when we checked in later that day.

We arrived two hours before check in. The sweetest girl at the front told us our room would be ready quickly because it was vacant & they get taken care of first. We left & returned 30 minutes before check in. There was a sign at the front desk that stated front desk attendant had unfortunately stepped away. Then, We saw a man (seemed to be the manager) who was helping another couple who was sitting down. He said their last name and I was getting in line behind her so I could check the status of our room bc our baby was antsy. He looked at me & said their last name again (as if he didn’t understand why I came to the counter when he called their name). I began to say “oh I was just going to check if our room was ready” and before I could finish he cut me off & said “it’s not!” I just sat down. He never asked our name, reservation number, anything. He said “I’ll get y’all taken care of in a minute”. After he took care of the couple, he walked into the back for 30 minutes. We overheard him lecturing an employee. We waited & waited until he had some kind of meeting at the front desk. I tried to be understanding & eventually had to go up to the front after their brief meeting and a guy who had just arrived was very nice & got us checked in very quickly. He had no idea we had sat there and not been helped yet. I felt very dismissed by the manager, but he seemed stressed so maybe just a bad day.

The hotel is clean, modern, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. It’s got shopping and great restaurants all around it, so the location was perfect.

It is LOUD. The hotel is very close to the highway and you can hear the traffic. I’d stay there again, but I’d ask to be at the end of building away from the noise.

smelled odd smell think through vents from other rooms? skunk like middle of night… but knew staff couldnt control tell where coming from🤷

Great location near the Speedway and Concord Mills with lots of shopping and dining choices, However the room was horrible! This was anything but a suite! You could barley move in the room. Bathroom counter was way too small for 2 people! The window in the room was double paned that had failed so it was so dirty and condensated that you could barley see out. By far the worst Marriott room I have ever stayed! The staff was very nice and friendly however.

Convenient to everything we were going to. Nicely decorated and very clean.

The elevator was a little scary between 4th and 5th floor. It made a lot of noise between floors.
