Close to airport.

Bed was uncomfortable. Pull out sofa was small and uncomfortable. The airport shuttle doesn’t run between 1-3 pm.

Location and breakfast buffet were good. Location is good because it’s close to the airport and highways, but you can’t walk anywhere and there aren’t good restaurants around

The pool and jacuzzi had been shut down for a long time and should be removed from the website. The public areas were not clean (BIG SPIDERS in the hallway) and the curtain had something black across it. The room was clean enough, but the exercise room had no wipes to clean machines even after I requested that they refill it. They never did

Breakfast was good.

Shower had hairs and the body wash was out, which led me to believe the room (bed sheets, towels, etc) were unclean as well. Too late and too tired to do anything about it. Did not sleep well.

When checking in I needed to leave the car at the front while one the kids used the restroom, got chased down to tell me I had to move my car, fyi there were 3 other cars almost exactly where my car was parked. We also got a room with a sofa bed but there wasn’t any bedding in the room for it. When I went down to get some, I was told there were no “pillows” down there. No offer to get one or even attempt. Oh, and they did not even switch out as much as a towel for our 2 night stay. Will never be back.

The receptionist was nowhere to be found from 1am-2am while my family, grandparents and small children and I waited outside having been dropped off by the Uber. When she finally reappeared, she offered no apology or explanation for her absence. I contacted the hotel several times and no discount or refund was given. Additionally there was fecal matter and pubic hair in the bathroom. Disgusting!!!
