There was hardly anything for breakfast. Smaller locations have a great breakfast. Your did not. It had oat meal and muffins.
The rooms were very nice and the staff very helpful.

I didn’t have enough room for the things I didn’t like.
I didn’t like the roaches. Let’s not forget the crowbar marks on the doors as if the room has been broken into before.
Management just don’t even bother responding the same BS post you give to everyone. I see the reviews now , this stuff has been happening for the past year.
1. The stair well on the 4th and 3rd floor smelled like weed.
2. The 4th floor where I stayed smelled like weed.

5. When I checked in I notified customer service that the room had damages. She didn’t care. I took pictures just in case they want to charge me.
5. My family and I were attacked by the elevator by a mentally disabled person, this isn’t the fault of the staff however maybe they could have put her in an area that wasn’t full.
6. Breakfast was included? There was no breakfast ! Nothing!
7. The vending machine took my money. There was nobody at the desk to tell. Sodas are 2.50, chips 2.10
8. We left at 8:30 and there was another customer waiting to check out. The housekeeper asked the lady what she needed. She states “I am running late, I just need to pay” he said “well nobody comes in until 9:00-9:30” .
9. Why did the customer service rep make me pay on arrival but the other lady paid at check out? I’m very confused . And yes it came out of my account instantly so I know it wasn’t on hold until check out like they do at other hotels.
10. The customer service is very unprofessional when they are there. Men just stand around the desk. Then she disappears. Use your own imagination as to what’s happening.
11. The pool was completely empty , no water. Hot tub as well.

14. I was in room 430, the room across from me was up at all hours of the night and morning slamming the doors. It sounded like someone was trying to break into my room. My kids were terrified. You could hear beer bottles clanking all night and morning.

A/C didn’t work, I was told they were booked so if the ac didn’t work only option was to check out. Later I was offered a different room that smelled so bad. Everything I own smelled like smoke. I booked this room way in advance. I only had three pillows for both beds. I had to go buy pillows because front desk didn’t have any.

The staff here is terrible. I booked for two nights and ended up sleeping in my car. I paid online and still wasn't able to get a room due to a $100 deposit that I wasn't aware of which I was not able to pay with cash even though it's refundable. They need new management and/or owners asap. I got refunded but for only half of what I paid. Ridiculous!

The comfortable beds, And location.
Paid for Breakfast, No Breakfast.Just Coffee and muffins. The beds could have a comforter and more decent sheets. The bed itself was comfortable. For the price of the room it was not worth it. Lets put it like this, I left and went to buy Sanitizer and disinfectant to clean around us. It was filthy dirty on the door knobs, Table, Remote, and bathroom area. The Towels in the bathroom were dingy and not the softest. The room looked like it was quickly cleaned. Lamps were broken, The Window curtains had Smoke burns in them. There was tape on the walls from the customers before us and you could tell it was quickly wiped down. I didn't want to miss my nephews Birthday so I opted to pay for the room to be closer to them. When it said Breakfast provided, it was a BUST :(
This Hotel could be more up to date and modern for where the location is and the price. The customer service was descent and polite. When I asked about the Breakfast the Manager gave me a smirk 😏 and said, We don't serve breakfast it's more like a grab N Go,Coffee and muffin.

The staff tried really hard to make this a pleasant visit.
The call button for the elevator kept getting pushed into the wall and falling down inside the wall. The third floor button inside the elevator was broken off or burned off. The grates on air vents were dirty and hung on the wall by only a few screws. In the first room we were given the cover for the air conditioning fell off and when the staff tried to repair it it rattled like it was going to take off; the second room had not been cleaned and was still dirty or was still occupied; and the third room the bed was a double and not a queen but at this point I was willing to take anything. There were no pots, pans, spoons, bowls, forks, glasses or an ice bucket in the room. The pool was broken and filthy. There were bags of garbage in the hall the day we arrived that was there when we left. There were garbage cans at the end of the hall with notes that said you needed to take excessive garbage to the dumpster, and I don't think, from the smell that the garbage cans had been emptied. There were service carts in the hall that stayed in the hall throughout our visit. The "Grab and Go" breakfast was a joke. The Super 8 in Sonora was infinitely better.
The traffic light to turn onto the road to get to the property was not functioning and I had to run through a red light after waiting through three cycles. I mentioned this to the staff and they said that they would call it in because it happens all of the time. The signage for the hotel driveway and parking was up the road from the turn onto the driveway and hard to see. Thankfully Google maps kept me from getting lost.

The reservation included continental breakfast and they don't handle it. In other words, they lied to us and overcharged us.
The place is disgusting, from the moment we approached the elevator it smells too much of cigarettes and everything was dirty. The place smells musty, very unpleasant. When we got to the room it looked like the door had been forced. The room smelled too musty and dirty.
It looked like it had just been used, i.e. it was not clean.
They never went to change the towels and sheets. Much less to clean it.
It is the worst place I have ever stayed and I am half ashamed of my family for having taken them to such a bad place.
I will never recommend them and will never go back to a place like Extended Stay America Suites.

It was really close from the Inmigration Center in which I needed to be the day after.
Breakfast was just granola bars and muffins, no more options, nor even water to drink or fruit, or savory options. I'm pre-diabetic, I couldn't have anything.
I got late at night, I called on my way to let them know, it took me good 30m to check in, I was exhausted!
Really expensive for what you get.
