Location was right off the freeway, very close to get to work a gas station and Wendy's 2 min away. Large size 2 queen room. Plenty of parking.
Breakfast wasn't replenished as quickly as one would hope. The sheets had lint on them and the spring beds weren't very comfortable. The vending machine ate our money. The refrigerator/freezer didn't work. Expensive for a Tuesday night in a pass through town.

Clean, friendly staff, had the breakfast and the real breakfast not the prepackaged pandemic crap (or some places I've stayed got rid of breakfast, didn't lower price and never brought it back).
I see why people in the reviews said the places is dated. Toilet seat, carpet worn. Few outlets. Could use renovation.
Get rid of the "masks encouraged" sign ppl know its an option.

The room was very clean, especially the bed and bathroom. There was plenty of surface area to put things down. The bed was comfortable and firm. The breakfast was good and had several options. Conveniently close to the highway but still quiet and peaceful.
I cannot think of any improvements!

Everything ok, room very clean and ready. Desk staff great. Was quiet, but don't know how many people were staying there.
Hallways were a bit grungy with worn carpets and door frames in need of paint. Breakfast was average, the yogurt brand needs to be upgraded. Staff great. Family member made the reservation while I was driving in the snow, and we got hosed with the price, NOT the hotel fault but the booking website who tacked on a huge "fee" that was not noticed.

Booking.com screwed up the reservation. On arrival the hotel had no record of my reservation. Hotel had to call Booking.com to refund room payment. Hotel fortunately had a room for us.

It was located close to the Highway.
The place was bad,but toilet seat needs to be changed and I saw a lot of chipped paint in hall areas. Very minor. I would absolutely return.
