Location was great; staff was very friendly and helpful; guest laundry on property was nice to have; cooking utensils were limited but available; easy access to electrical outlets and USB ports
A/C unit was noisy; roaches in both bathroom and kitchen area; no table in room to use for eating; no comfortable chair or couch to sit on

The front desk receptionist was extremely kind, understanding, and funny! She brightened up my evening. If it hadn’t been for her I wouldn’t have experienced my stay here. I liked the comfort of the bed and the kitchenette. The quietness of the room was a winner for me as well! The receptionist at check out was also very professional. He kept his word and remembered to send me my receipt once his system allowed him to being that we didn’t stay overnight.
The outdated feel of the rooms. The smell wasn’t pleasant. It smelled old, which made the stay a little uncomfortable.

They had a fire alarm go off for the first part of the middle of night morning hours. I know it wasn’t anyones fault, but we could have been refunded a percentage.

The property location is good.
Customer services could be helpful in attending a stay for an hour vice 30 minutes. Moreover, I was scheduled for 3 days, and I needed another day. He stated, booked. As an IHG customer I deserve options to assist me to stay at other locations. Also, the sink bathroom faucet was broken, which made it worst along with dog scented. I’m sure those pets slept on the bed. I was in room 206.

I had a room the night before and asked the man at the front desk if I could get another night, he said no. I got on to Booking.com and got another room, called the front desk and he said I had to check out and change rooms. when I checked back in they gave me a room right next to the room I checked out of and it was not cleaned. I was asked to move rooms again. Staff was not accommodating or friendly.

Location was great!
My husband was going to take a shower. Turned on the water and got in. He SLIPPED in the shower due to no slip resistant material on the bottom of the tub! Hip fell on his hip and ended up quite sore and bruised. He was going in to have surgery and the dr. Asked about the bruising.

Great staff and location. Well maintained facility. Really liked the bed and pillows.
No ice machine in the building, each room has a refrigerator with an ice maker but they do not leave them running so unless you are staying multiple days you will have to buy ice if you need it.

Ok overall rooms were small!
Only 1 bed in room, was told i would have 2! Someone had to sleep on the floor, no sofa to lay on ,coulda use that as an extra bed!
